High quality furnished on 48 m² is in the apartment in the Kaiserallee everything you need for a relaxing holiday at the lake. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the east-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea in the morning sunshine. The apartment is located in 1. Location to the Baltic Sea and was completely renovated in 2017.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. In Travemünde, for example, the free dog beach on Brodtner Ufer is perfect for swimming, digging and playing together all year round.
Baltic vacation for two
The fantastic promenade and the green beach are about 50 meters away. The center of the maritime Travemünde can be reached in this way. There you can enjoy a view of the ships and harbor over a cup of coffee in one of the numerous cafés.

The 2017 completely renovated 1 room apartment with double bed, sitting area and kitchen with cozy dining area offers space for 2 guests. The comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) is cleverly separated from the living / dining area by a room divider and has a TV. A large window front ensures a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you also get to the east balcony, from which you can enjoy a partial sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The new, modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes this great apartment. Washer & dryer can be used in the in-house laundry room for a fee.
Entertainment & sauna
Entertainment in the evening: An LED TV in the living room invites you to cozy film evenings. There is also another TV next to the double bed. A Bose sound system with WiFi function and free WiFi access are also available.
You can relax after a long walk on the beach in the in-house sauna, which can be used for a fee.

The 48 m² are optimally used with high-quality and modern furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a dedicated parking space in the underground garage. You can easily reach your apartment from the ground floor using the elevator. Bicycles can be parked in the in-house bicycle cellar (subject to availability).
