On the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available free of charge from 01 May to 15 September during the beach chair season.
The Baltic Sea around the corner
The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. In about 300 meters you will reach one of the most beautiful beach sections in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen offer space for 4 guests. The apartment is decorated in a maisonette style. In the lower area there is the spacious living room with the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony with lounge furniture. The bathroom has a comfort shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge in the apartment. A space-saving staircase leads to the second level, each with two separate bedrooms. A bed with a pull-out function (1.80 wide) can be found in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a flat-screen TV. Underfloor heating in the entire apartment provides additional comfort. A cot and high chair are available free of charge in the apartment.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 large LED TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. 1 further LED TV is in the upper, larger sleeping area. W-Lan access and a stereo system with Bluetooth function are also part of the entertainment.

58 m² are optimally used with high-quality and individual furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you can park safely and without a parking ticket, there is a parking space for your car in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe in the in-house bicycle cellar.
