The "Ocean Club" holiday rental is located on the ground floor, facing the Baltic Sea on Strandallee in Timmendorfer Strand, and features high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail.

The spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen and large windows creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The use of carefully selected colours and high-quality materials helps create a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. Real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Living Area:
The apartment features a combined living/dining area with a high-quality sleeper sofa and an open-concept built-in kitchen. The spacious south/west-facing balcony is furnished with high-quality seating and is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a sundowner. The bedroom features a box-spring bed, a large closet, and a TV. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The apartment is ideal for 2–3 people, as there is only one separate bedroom. The washing machine in the basement is available exclusively to our guests.

Parking and Bicycles:
A reserved outdoor parking space is available free of charge for your car. Bicycles can be secured outdoors at covered bike racks.

Location:
The fine-sand beach is just a few steps away and accessible via a pedestrian path directly across from the house. The location is also ideal for guests with pets, as the dog beach is right next to the main beach. The town centre, with its diverse selection of restaurants and many shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away along the beach promenade.
