The apartment offers you pure relaxation in 3 rooms close to the beach. Large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment and thus create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area offers space for 4 people. In the first bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) for sleeping, an LED TV for entertainment and a wardrobe for storage space. Another sleeping area contains two single beds (width 0.90), another wardrobe and an LED TV. The highlight of the second bedroom is that the single beds can also be put together to form a double bed if required thanks to a special rail system. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds and shutters. From the living room you can reach the south-west facing balcony with garden furniture and electric awning. The modern bathroom has a shower, a toilet and its own washing machine.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED TV with Bose sound system in the living room invites you to long TV evenings. There is also an LED TV in each of the two bedrooms. Free WiFi access and a stereo system with an I-Pod connection are also part of the entertainment.

Alles Bestens

Wir sind Samstags angereist und konnten bereits 1 Stunde vorher in die Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Wohnung selbst ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Alle Bilder entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Wie gesagt alles sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück wunderbares Wetter zu haben, so dass dies das Übrige für einen perfekten Urlaub getan hat. Von der Immobilie ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand, mit dem Rad geht es noch schneller, allerdings muss man bergauf wieder zurück. ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand und das Zentrum von Scharbeutz sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Top!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist, dass man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Strand wie auch am Bahnhof ist. Besonders toll ist auch, dass sehr viel Stauraum zur Verfügung steht.

Wohnung sehr modern, gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt im Wohngebiet, aber trotzdem rundum grün und ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Strand in 5 min. erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.
