Bob is a great host. There was plenty of coffee and a mini fridge for food and drinks. We even had a bowl and spoon if we wanted to eat cerial for breakfast. The room was large as was the bathroom with two sinks. We enjoyed our stay!
It was a last minute trip to see our college son and this was the perfect spot for my husband and me. It’s right down the street from the university, baseball field and across the street from the golf course. These were all three places we needed to be. It’s a quiet area and we hope to stay again soon.
Checking in and arriving, I found the place to be exceptionally clean with everything I needed and the host was very responsive to my questions. Even with other guest on the site, it was very quiet. The backyard was very open and inviting with a covered area, which was great to hang out in. The internet available worked as expected. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Alpine and I would also recommend it to others.
The Sage will be our "Go To" place in Alpine. We stayed in Honey's Suite - comfortable, roomy, clean, quiet, and a great shower with hot water. The onsite manager is an older, friendly gentleman who is very concerned about his guests comfort. He has many tales about the area and can recommend what you are looking for entertainment. I loved sitting in back under the trees talking to him taking in the fresh air.
Felt like Home, only better, Comfortable and cozy!
The "Honey Suite" was so comfortable, with a great bed and bath. Plenty of places for chargers, etc. The host was delightful. The fireplace burned real wood, the brick floor was heated, the stained glass was gorgeous. Microwave and small fridge were enough. The rock home was historic, but modernized for comfort. Good lighting. .Didn't know passwords to use with Roku on TV. Hope to return next year!
If you have a gathering this is a great place because they have several different units to rent and your whole group could stay there. I enjoyed it because a lot of my buddies playing in the annual golf tournament stayed there. It's right across the street from the golf course.
