Erholen Sie sich in einer großzügigen, gepflegten, neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Dorfrandlage. Der möblierte Südbalkon lädt zum Frühstücken ein, danach können Sie wandern, Fahrrad fahren oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Naturschönheiten der Umgebung besuchen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2014 neu eingerichtet. Sie verfügt auf 140qm über eine ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher und ein Wohnschlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Außerdem gibt es in der Ferienwohnung zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne, Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine separate Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche, Geschirr- und Handtücher stellen wir unseren Gästen gerne zur Verfügung. Im Grundpreis sind Endreinigung, Parkplatz und kostenfreie WLAN-Nutzung enthalten. Auf Anfrage können unsere Gäste gerne die Waschmaschine benutzen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, freundliche Gastgeberin, schöne und ruhige Lage. Es gibt fußläufig eine kleine Metzgerei und einen Bäcker mit Mini-EDEKA. Auch gut bei zu heißem oder schlechtem Wetter.

Frau Bothe ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Wir haben schon in sehr vielen Wohnungen Urlaub gemacht- diese ist mit Abstand (!) die sauberste! Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet- es gibt sogar einen Mixer, Pürierstab uvm. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

schöner Urlaub

Wir haben dort ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war komplett. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man musste zwar jeden Tag fahren, weil der Ort ziemlich klein ist aber der Rest hat gestimmt und die Matratzen waren auch gut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem hat uns die Grosszügigkeit gefallen. Der wunderschöne Flur gleicht einem Kaminzimmer - nur eben ohne Kamin :-) Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. 40km bis Bodenmais, 80 bis Regensburg, 110 bis Passau.
