(License number ET / 839) The dream house "Cocons" is located in a quiet location on a hill, not 1,000 meters from Sineu. The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, lovingly decorated and bright. The spacious living room has a beautiful open gallery, which makes the room even brighter, and a fireplace for cosiness. The dining room with open kitchen is located directly on the living room and has a nice dining table for up to 8 people. Two of the three bathrooms have a separate vestibule for the sink, where you can relax in the evening. A bathroom also has a bubble bath. On the property there is a separate casita, with a small but comfortable living room, two separate beds and a bathroom with shower. This is for the 9 and 10 person and costs extra 20 € per person and per night. The house has a great garden, with a large private pool (5x12) and two large terraces. One of them with a fixed grill and pizza oven. Around the house there is a beautiful pine forest where smoking is prohibited as it is a protected natural area, and the panoramic view of this house is unique. A house to feel comfortable all around.

The Rustic Finca "Cocons" is very quiet on a hill with great views, surrounded by a typical Mallorcan pine forest. The 17. 000 square meters large property is divided by a large main house and a small casita. The garden with the beautiful pool invites you to linger. (License number ET / 839)��

Schöne Finca

Gute Basis für eine Rennradwoche mit Freunden. Der Einrichtungstil ist etwas speziell, aber gemütlich. Viele schöne Sitzecken, Kamin, tolle Außenküche mit Grill, wer gerne kocht. Einzige Einschränkung: Die Straße kann morgens und abends bisschen laut sein, wenn man es super ruhig mag. Dennoch: Klare Empfehlung.
