THE HOUSE HAS A SMALL GYM

In the center of the Island 25 minutes from all points we find the ancient population of Sineu, in the time of the Romans Sinium
In this town famous for its weekly Wednesday market, we find this corner, which is located on the outskirts of the town (which also makes it in the countryside of Mallorca) is called SON RATET
IN THE PRIVATE RINCON OF SON RATET we find this GREAT SENIOR HOUSE where you will think that time has stopped, an old house designed by its owner following the historical canons but that has all the advantages and modernities of the current era
The house is composed of several rooms and rooms for rest and relaxation, there in these rooms you will have the feeling that time has stopped at the average age
The house has 4 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms furnished with excellent furniture of yesteryear, the capacity of this house can be for 8 people.
In the house we find several terraces both in the front and in the back, from the terraces we can see excellent views of the Tramuntana mountain range. In the interior patio-terrace it is ideal to spend excellent summer evenings and romantic outdoor dinners since the kitchen is attached to this patio. On this terrace we can also sunbathe in one of its hammocks
The house is 200 meters from the sports center (equipped with a beautiful velodrome) where we can practice many sports among them :( Cycling, football, swimming, tennis, paddle etc) many of these sports are free to practice, including the velodrome where the Cyclist can delight. The municipal sports center has excellent swimming pools that the property has agreed on special prices for its guests, as well as a fantastic and economical restaurant
The house is ideal for cyclists since it has a large garage where we can leave the bicycles and repair them since the garage has been converted into a bicycle workshop, we also find a small gym that is inside
In addition, as we have said, it is 200 meters from a velodrome that is free to use. In these garages we can find some useful for bicycles, as well as cycling material for these practitioners. The family that owns the house, a great lover of cycling, will advise us on the cycling and hiking routes that we can do
In addition to what has been said, the house has a fireplace in which the owner family supplies more than enough wood for its good use
Several rooms and rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and the rest have ceiling fans and all rooms and bathrooms have heating.
The house is equipped with WIFFI and Satellite Television, and in the house we can find an excellent barbecue with abundant firewood for its good use that the owner family gives us for free

Schöne große Ferienwohnung am Dorfrand von Sineu. Hierzu gehören neben den schönen Gassen und dem Dorfleben auch die Dorfgeräusche von Hahn, Hund und Mensch. Sineu ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Tramuntana Gebirge oder auch ein Ausflug ans Meer. Ein Dorf abseits vom Massentourismus.

A great house for a group cycling trip.

This was a group of 6 friends on a week's cycling trip. We had stayed in the property before, and had no hesitation in using it again. Facilities for secure bike storage are superb (very large garage with helpful tools), and the house is ideally situated for trips around the island. The host and his wife (English speaker) are extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is very well equipped and comfortable for 6 adults, and has a nice terrace that captures the sun all day. A good supermarket is within a 10 minute walk.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Juan. C'est une personne est très gentil et disposé et il habite à une courte distance. La maison est vraiment grande et calme avec une jolie terrasse pour passer les soirées sous les étoiles. Toutes les destinations en Majorque sont proches, car la maison est très bien située au centre de l'île.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus

Ein Haus mallorquin, schon älter, aber zum größten Teil sehr schön renoviert. Der Kaminofen inkl. Kaminholz war prima, da es in der kalten Zeit lange dauert bis sich die Aufenthaltsräume erwärmen (im Haus keine Fußbodenheizung, tlw. Klimageräte, Heizung). Wir fühlten uns mit 7 Erwachsenen für 1 Woche sehr wohl. Hatten sehr viel Platz im Haus und auf den Terrassen. Konnten gut gemeinsam in der großen gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen und hatten zudem in der Werkstatt Unterstell- und Reparaturmöglichkeit für unsere 7 Rennräder. Außerdem Stellplätze für 2 PKW. Sehr freundliche Art der Vermieter, mit vielen guten Hinweisen (für Radtouren und Restaurants), frischem Obst aus dem Garten und schneller Hilfe bei kleineren Problemen. Vielen Dank Marisol und Juan für den schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus.

Inselerkundung mit Freunden

Wir waren zu viert vom 13.09.21 - 22.09.2021 in der Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Vermieter wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir eine Flasche Wein, Wurst und Obst als Willkommensgeschenk vor. Sogar eine Geburtstagstorte brachte Juan vorbei. Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Die Vermieter Marisol und Joan waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Willkommensgruß mit Wein, Obst etc war schnell vertilgt ;-)) Nachdem wir mit Joans Hilfe den Kamin in Gang gebracht haben, war es auch im Wohnzimmer angenehm warm, denn im Februar war es ohne Heizung doch noch kühl im Haus. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage waren alle Ziele mit dem Mietwagen sehr gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Biker-Finca

Für Rennradfahrergruppe ein idealer zentraler Standort auf der Insel. Viel Platz für Mensch und Bike, Kompressorpumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden. Mittwochs morgens hat man die Chance den einzigartigen Markt in Sineu zu besuchen, bevor die Touristenströme kommen. Die Radrennbahn liegt in Sichtweite zum Haus, das Restaurant MOMENTS an der Rennbahn ist sehr zu empfehlen. Marisol, die Gattin von Juan, spricht sehr gut Englisch. Beide sind sehr angenehme, freundliche Vermieter.

Für uns ein kleines Paradies

Ich habe in dieser Unterkunft eine Woche im Juni mit einer Freundin verbracht, und wir haben jeden Tag hier wirklich genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der mit Snacks und Getränken gefüllte Kühlschrank war nach einem langen Reisetag ebenfalls eine große Freude. Die Vermieter waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und haben alle Wünsche/Probleme schnellstens behoben. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - auch die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu Zweit war es luxuriös geräumig - jeder hatte quasi einen eigenen Trakt mit eigenem Bad. Besonders wohl haben wir uns auch auf der Terrasse gefühlt, die wie ein kleiner Innenhof gebaut ist und einen wundervollen Blick zu den Bergen hin bietet. Der Ort Sineu ist etwas verschlafen, aber wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist hier genau richtig. Einige Restaurants sind aber gut erreichbar und ein kleiner Supermarkt am Bahnhof versorgt einen mit dem Nötigsten. Idealerweise sollte man den 1. Großeinkauf direkt in Palma bei der Anreise tätigen. Mit dem Auto fährt man von Sineau ca 30 Min zum Strand. Nach Palma kann man auch sehr günstig mit der Bahn fahren. Alles in Allem war es für uns ein Traumurlaub und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Direct rail link to Palma also adds to the the convenience of the location enabling other areas of the island to be visited by public transport. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased to be provided with eggs from the chickens next door and oranges and lemons for the trees in the garden. The cooking facilities were great and the showers worked perfectly. There was plenty of bedding and towels and wood for the wood burner in the living room. One suggestion, it might have helped if we had been told to bring dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, and shampoo. Thanks to Mari Sol and Juan for a great week

Perfekter Weihnachtsurlaub mit Großfamilie

Mit 8 Personen haben wir eine Woche über Weihnachten dort verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Auch für 8 Personen ist das Haus groß genug (4 Schlafzimmer!). Das Kaminholz sorgte für zusätzliches Wohlbefinden im Wohnzimmer. Das "Willkommenspaket" überraschte uns, obwohl wir davon ja schon gelesen hatten, dennoch. Super! Unsere beiden Autos fanden Platz in der eigenen Garage. Lediglich die Küche und das Esszimmer sind nicht beheizbar...aber auch das wussten wir vorher! Nochmals vielen Dank an MariSol und Juan für die Herzlichkeit!!! Gruß aus Wermelskirchen (bei Wuppertal)

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Sineu

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Casa Señorial in Sineu.Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen,es war alles vorhanden,wir haben auch oft gekocht,was bei der Ausstattung auch ohne Probleme möglich war.Geschlafen haben wir alle gut auf den Matrazen.Die Terrassen sind großzügig und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Tramuntana.Marisol und Juan sind sehr großzügige und aufmerksame Gastgeber,bei unserer Ankunft spät abends,hatte man uns Brot und Kleinigkeiten zu essen in den Kühlschrank gestellt,das war klasse.Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und Sineu ist auch als Ort sehr interessant,halt noch etwas ruhiger und uriger als manch anderer überlaufener Touristenort,Aber das ist natürlich auch,wie alles andere Geschmacksache. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This house is a great place to stay. The house is really nice & spacious & is very well maintained & clean. The house is on the edge of Sineu & within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, tapas bars & famous market located in Sineu. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Schönes Haus. Groß. Tolle Ausstattung. Nichts fehlt. Super Lage. Einziges Manko im Winter: Die beiden Haupt-Aufenthaltsräume (großes Wohnzimmer und Küche) haben keine Heizung und sind somit zu kalt. Wäre mit wenig Aufwand zu korrigieren, und dann ist das Haus auch im Winter perfekt.
