Great family stay!

What a fantastic place this is, with the most amazing views. Lovely and clean, great pool and an all round brilliant stay. Ines was fantastic, first class service all week. We will defiantly be back.

A gorgeous, spacious villa. Well equipped, lovely pool - close to Buger, a picturesque village. Great for families. Ines was a wonderful host.

Family holiday

Fantastic house to stay! Everything was supplied including pool toys and other games. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Everything plus more was there for an enjoyable holiday. The house and pool were exactly as described. Our host Inés was very helpful and always answered our queries promptly. A little problem with the electricity but it was always quickly fixed by contacting Inés. Highly recommend to stay here.

We will return!

Lovely house, very well equipped and we found it very comfortable. Our party's age ranged from a 95year old,60’s and 30’s to 5 year old boy all happy,no complaints.The villa is remote, what we wanted, but within 10mins drive from excellent supermarkets. Innes and her husband were lovely and very quick to sort any problems, thank you to both of you. Micheal (5yrs) says the pool was the best ever!!!!!’ We have been to Mallorca many times but this is the nicest house so far.

Wir waren mit Freunden für zwei Wochen im Haus. Uns geht es sehr gut gefalle. Großes Grundstück, schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, großer Pool, Grill und großer Esstisch. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war super. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet.

Großartige Finca, super liebe Vermieterin

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Finca Can Mel verbracht! Das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind einfach traumhaft schön und eine absolute Oase für Ruhesuchende! Will man doch etwas mehr Trubel, so ist die Stadt schnell erreicht und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist Muro ideal.

Paradies auf Mallorca

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll, die Finca bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das ganze drumherum bietet den perfekten Ort, um mit Freunden die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Vor allem der Außenbereich, der sich direkt in Poolnähe befindet, rundet das ganze ab. Die Kommunikation mit Inés war einwandfrei. Sie ist echt super lieb und immer sofort zur Stelle. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen ☺️

Tolle Finca

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe (10 Personen) in der Finca und es fehlte uns an Nichts. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es gab ebenfalls Strand- und Poolutensilien Die Kommunikation mit Ines war auch super. Es hat uns wirklich an Nichts gefällt. Es ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge.

Dreckiges Geschirr, defekte Klimanlagen , primitive Betten , schlechter Service, Handtücher 😫, Pool nur einmal gereinigt , Güllegeruch durch angrenzende Felder! Nicht der Preis wert !

Wir sind sehr überrascht über Ihre Kommentare und fühlen uns bemüssigt, folgendes zu klären: Wir sind für unsere Gäste telefonisch und über WhatsApp 24 Stunden erreichbar, damit wir sofort auf jeglichen Wunsch eingehen und bei Problemen helfen können. Dieser Service wurde von Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht ein einziges Mal in Anspruch genommen. Deshalb können wir Ihre „Kritik“ ohne stichhaltige Argumentation nicht nachvollziehen und finden sie äusserst unfair, da Sie uns nicht die Möglichkeit gaben, während Ihres Aufenthaltes eventuelle Mängel zu beheben oder der Ursache auf den Grund zu gehen. Gerade was die Klimaanlage betrifft sind wir überzeugt, dass diese korrekt funktionierte, denn wir hatten weder vorher noch nachher eine Reklamation diesbezüglich und bei den anhaltend warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage täglich im Einsatz. Wir überprüfen sehr genau unsere Einrichtungen bevor ein Gast uns besucht und können deshalb voller Überzeugung behaupten, dass Geschirr und Handtücher sauber und in gutem Zustand sind, wenn wir unsere Finca übergeben. Unsere Betten sind neu und ausgewiesen bequem. Wir erneuern periodisch die Matratzen, denn der gute Schlaf unserer Gäste ist eine Priorität für uns. Der Pool wird jeden 2., maximal jeden 3. Tag gereinigt, allerdings um 06.00 Uhr in der Früh, um die Gäste nicht zu stören – vielleicht haben Sie deshalb nie jemanden gesehen. Wir empfinden es als äusserst unlogisch, dass Sie sich über schlechten Service beschweren, wenn Sie uns nie kontaktiert haben. Von unserer Seite möchten wir festhalten, dass wir noch nie soviele Sachbeschädigungen nach einem Aufenthalt feststellen mussten. Während Ihres Urlaubes bei uns wurden von Ihnen mehrere Terrassenfliesen demoliert (weswegen wir einen Teil des Depots gegen Rechnung für die Reparatur einbehielten), das Poolnetz ging kaputt und unser Bali-Bett endete mit einem zerrissenem Dach. Abschliessend möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass Sie unsere Frage beim Check-Out, ob alles OK gewesen wäre, bejaht haben, ohne einen weiteren Kommentar, weshalb es für uns völlig unverständlich ist, jetzt plötzlich, fast einen Monat nach Ihrem Aufenthalt, diese schlechte Bewertung zu erhalten.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und hatten einen wirklichen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Man kann auch mal lauter Musik hören ohne die Nachbarn zu stören :) Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sogar eine Bluetooth Speaker Box. Den Aussenbreich konnte man super für BBQ‘s nutzen. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt . Die Kommunikation mit Ines war super und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. *Einziges kleines Manko... auch die Doppelbetten bestehen aus einzelnen Betten welche nur zusammengestellt sind, diese rutschen leider leicht auseinander. Vielleicht könnte man eine Möglichkeit finden diese zu befestigen. Ansonsten alles top !

Großzügige Finka in angenehm ruhiger Lage

Ruhig gelegen, auf großem Grundstück mit schönem Pool. Großartiger Rundum-Blick im Hauptschlafzimmer. Einrichtung tendenziell rustikal aber gerade mit Kindern passend und stressfrei. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
