Erholen Sie sich in unserem gemütlichen Nur-Dach-Haus inmitten einer reizvollen Landschaft, mit herrlichem Ausblick, am Waldesrand und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Haus bietet auf 53qm einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und einem Bad mit Dusche und WC im Erdgeschoss, sowie bis zu fünf Schlafplätze in zwei getrennten Räumen unter dem Dach. Zusätzlich ist das Haus mit zwei Flachbildfernsehern, neuen Brettspielen und Outdoor-Spielgeräten ausgestattet. Die angelegte Hochterrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Grill ausgestattet. Ideal ist auch das direkte Umfeld des Ferienhauses. Die Wanderwege bzw. Loipen beginnen unmittelbar vor der Haustür und führen in allen Himmelsrichtungen zu interessanten Zielen oder zu "Natur pur". Die Stadt Freyung mit ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Gaststätten und dem Cineplex-Kino ist in 15 Gehminuten bequem zu erreichen.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (15&10) einen schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Herz eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und auch Wandertouren sind von hier gleich möglich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte ebenfalls super. Vielleicht kommen wir nochmal wieder.

Für alle etwas dabei

Wir haben mit drei Kindern von 7-16 Jahren die Woche sehr genossen. Wer mal keine W-Lan-Diskussionen führen möchte ist hier richtig ;-) unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und im liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen alles da, was das Herz begehrt.
