For the most part, everything was good. The room is nice, bathroom is big and the jet tub is nice as well.The kitchenette is good for very basic cooking such as eggs.

Great bang for your buck

This listing was ideally located for a short trip to see shows at the Sphere. The suite was exactly as described and the property manager was excellent.

Low cost option

The Signature is a pretty good place as far as location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is showing its age and could use an update. Furniture and carpet is worn but serviceable. For the price it's a good deal.

As this is my 3rd stay at Signature MGM Towers, am quite familiar with the property. My most recent stay is like the others. The property could use a total upgrade. The furniture, carpet, kitchen area is very outdated! It would not be overly expensive to upgrade. I will consider looking at other properties on my next visit!

Great Stay, Highly Recommend, Will Be Going Back

This is a very, very nice unit, great view, and the property is very elegant. I would highly recommend this property. Owner and staff are very efficient. And the perfect location,you never got outside to get into the MGM casino & facility. Have stayed in the facility several times in the past several years, and everything is super close and convenient, a Cafe, Starbucks, Kiosk, everything is pretty much right there. We will be coming back to this unit and host regularly. John

Heads up

We were happy with the cleanliness - the bed was comfortable. What took us by surprise was the outdated furniture -and stained carpet - there was no furniture out on the balcony so if you wanted to sit and enjoy coffee - you couldn't without dragging one of the old chairs outside. We stayed for 5 nights - we were allotted two towels a piece - 3 rolls of toilet paper - No papertowels - and just a few kleenex. That was a little disappointing. Sometimes its the small things when you are away from home - we went and bought some to use for our stay.

The signature

I was a little nervous because we weren’t booking directly through the hotel but it was definitely a good experience!! The location was great and the biggest plus was valet! I’ve stayed at other locations and always had to pay parking so this was a plus for us. The room was amazing for us. It was pretty spacious.
