Nice location and friendly host but unfortunately felt a little uncomfortable about staying when told just tell neighbors that we were old friends if anyone asked. Had to reach out regarding check-in instructions even after check-in time had passed, but Sal and Candice were nice and pleasant overall. The amenities were worth the value.

I stayed here for the weekend of Beyoncé’s concert. Nice location, down the street from The Sphere, a few minutes drive from Allegiant Stadium, & close to many popular attractions. The place itself is perfect for solo travelers & it’s quiet, neat & equipped with your basic necessities. Check in & check out is easy. Sal is an excellent host, very nice & makes sure you’re good to go. Definitely staying here again on my next Vegas trip.

From a full kitchen with a dishwasher (yes, really!) to the cozy bedroom with fresh linens and a smart TV for winding down, every detail felt just right. The communal pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off after a day of conventioning.What really made this place stand out, though, was the host.
