Nestled in the heart of Roswell, this charming 3-bedroom 1 bath home offers a spacious living area, well stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave (no dishwasher) and all the necessary dishes and utensils to prepare meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the fresh air on the front porch or in the grassy back yard on the comfortable outdoor furniture. For your convenience, essential amenities such as bath towels, hair dryer, paper goods, as well as an iron and ironing board are provided. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy books, magazines, and two smart TV’s with Roku. The prime location allows you to easily explore the nearby attractions, including New Mexico Military Institute, the Alien Zone and International UFO Museum, Bottomless Lakes is a short drive. This Roswell home will allow two pets at no charge! (just let us know if you’re bringing a pet)(any damages due to pet will incur additional fees) FYI: There is a rental cottage behind the backyard privacy fence; no shared spaces. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds. 😃 Leave used towels on bathroom floor 🛁
We do ask that leftover food, drinks and pet waste is disposed of and trash taken to the dumpster in the alley. Dumpster is out the back yard gate and in the alley behind the small yellow cottage.
Cleaning company may not come in same day of departure is the reason we kindly ask for trash disposal. We appreciate you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quick Weekend Stay for Wedding

Comfy and quaint, plenty of room. Thoughtful to have a pet crate available, if needed. Communication with Sylvia was easy and she was quick to answer questions

Cutest House Ever!

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in! The location is great and the home is adorable! It was clean, had everything we needed and loved spending time on the front porch. Every one of us had extremely comfortable beds. Communication with the host was great! We will book again next year when we come back!

Charming Home in Roswell's Historic District

We loved our short stay in Roswell in this charming little house located in a quaint neighborhood a short distance away from Main St. The house was beautifully decorated and there were a lot of nice touches throughout the home. We traveled with our small dog and he felt right at home. Holly even provided a crate with a bed, a bowl and other dog-related items. The backyard was nice and fenced in so that we could let our dog out free to explore. Communication with our host was good and Holly always responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying at this home if you are in the Roswell area.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old son. Everything is close in proximity. I recommended checking out the little zoo and playground if you are staying with kids

Great for dog friendly bookings!

The backyard was so nice for our dogs to just run around in! The house was super dog friendly, had poop bags, even a crate!!! Super easy check in and great communication. It does have 2 steps both front and back so use caution if you have accessibility issues. All in all fantastic!! ♥️

Very clean. Nicely appointed. A cute cottage. Wonderful small details throughout , like scented sheets, motion activated floor lights in the hall, and easy, common sense house rules. My two pups loved the small fenced in backyard. I enjoyed it there!

Cute clean and the perfect location!

It’s an older 1940’s home in a quiet neighborhood that has been beautifully refurbished without losing its vintage charm. The small fenced yard was perfect for our four legged traveling companion Oscar, this is one of our biggest priorities when we travel. The location was central to everything, so easy to get out and about. Great host, great stay, great time!

Quick getaway close to everything

We made a quick trip to Roswell, NM cause we had never been. This residence was very accommodating and close to everything; literally less than a 10min drive to everything. Owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Love VRBO cause I don't like hotels.

Very clean and comfortable stay

House was as listed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and house had easy contactless check-in and all amenities needed for a great stay. Covered parking and washer/dryer a plus. Would stay here again if ever in the area!
