The whole family is going to love staying at this spacious, six-bedroom home in Kissimmee! There’s room for everyone to spread out plus lots of spaces to gather together, and the soothing, subtle decor creates a relaxing environment where everyone can unwind after a fun day at the parks. Brew some coffee and step out to the covered lanai first thing in the morning. Take some time to splash around in the sparkling pool and pool spa before you head out for the day.

Inside, breakfast prep is easy thanks to the well-equipped, full kitchen, and the chef will love the gleaming countertops and appliances. Dine together at the table for six, and then head out for some magic. When you return, sneak in a workout at the clubhouse gym, relax in the central AC, or play in the pool a bit more. At the end of the day, the whole gang can relax together on the sectional while you stream your favorite shows. No problem if you can’t agree on what to watch – each of the six bedrooms has a flatscreen TV of its own. Five bedrooms are upstairs, and the main suite is downstairs, offering a private escape. With a fantastic location and plenty of space, all that’s left to do is book!

Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st with a three-day minimum for $32 per day plus tax. The pool can take 24 or more hours to heat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

Do not stay here. The house was not clean, my baby found a knife if the sofa. A main floor large window and smashed and broken anyone could have entered the house. The staff at VRBO, Vacasa and Expedia were not helpful in anyway. My family is still waiting for a refund as we dis not even stay here as it was not safe and very dirty. Very disappointed.

The worst experience on vacations

I will divide this in two sections. The first is regarding the house and the second the Vacasa service. The house is great. It has all you need to have a nice vacation. The only problem is the heating for the pool does not work. The Vacasa service is the worst experience ever. I rented this house for a first time and I was said in the Vacasa call center that if I wanted to extend my stay I just needed to call and in that case they were not going to charge all the fees again. I did that and every time I called they can only extended one week in the system and the price was extremely different than the website price (of course super higher). Given they could not extend for more than one week I had to do it my self with a rebooking for two weeks. They supposed to give me back the extra fees I paid given the system did not allow them to book me for two weeks. I have called at least ten times and they never gave me any fee back. Together with this, I had an issue with the pool. They sent the local team to repair the heating for the pool. I asked Vacasa if the local team can call me before they go to fix the pool so I can be out of it. They never called. They just showed up and turn off the pool and I needed to put my kids out. I went to talk with the person that was fixing the issue and he never gave me any explanation of what happened. I said to the person if before he left he can give me an update about the condition of the heating and he never did that. He only left. Every day I was waiting for the water to be warm but it never happened. I called several times to know the update and nobody knew anything about this. I just figured out this was not repaired given the same guy showed up again to fix this. Again, they did not call me in advance and again the guy left with no update. At the very end they never gave me any update. They refunded me the money I paid extra for the pool heating. I complained that I lost many hours calling to know about the pool and the I wanted a compensation for this. They said the money was refunded. I explained that was not what I was asking. The refund was the basic for something I did not receive. I was asking for a compensation given all the time I lost and all the effort it took me to tried to get the people fix this. By far the worst experience I have had with a management company.
