When you book this wonderful retreat, you are also granted access to all of the resort's amenities, including a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, an arcade/game room with an air hockey table, a middle-size pool table, and several arcade machines, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dreamy movie theatre, a playground for the kiddos, a shuffleboard court, a business center, and a sauna. Boredom doesn't stand a chance here!

This home away from home also features great amenities that will make your stay unforgettable! It doesn't matter whether you are visiting during the sunny summer months or in the winter, the screened heated outdoor pool in your backyard will be there to please you. Enjoy a refreshing dip after an entertaining day trying all the on-site amenities or a soothing bath in the attached pool spa. The patio offers a convenient spot to dine alfresco, play cards and board games, and just chill.

Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, the inviting living room greets you with comfortable sofas throughout, a beautiful design, and a large smart TV with streaming and cable options. The open floor plan makes this spot perfect for relaxing and still sharing great times with your loved ones. The open kitchen is fully equipped to help you whip up the most delicious culinary masterpieces, which will be truly appreciated by everyone, especially after a fun-filled day experiencing everything Disney World has to offer. Upstairs is a colorful family room with another smart TV, offering a great and comfy place for the kiddos to watch their own favorite series and movies.

As you may have noticed already, this home is ideal for families with kids. There is a garage turned into a small, Mickey Mouse-themed game area with a basketball game and two themed bedrooms. The first is a Frozen-themed bedroom and the second is a Harry Potter-themed bunk room. Every bedroom has its own smart TV for added convenience and entertainment. Additional perks include a washer/dryer on-site and a beautiful soaking tub in the primary bedroom.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
