About this property
Close to the center cozy 2-room apartment
Lies very local, but still very quiet in Braunlage. The shopping street is only a 5-minute walk away with a bakery (Mo.-So. open). Balcony furnished, garage directly at the house (included in the rent !!!). Living room with cable TV and stereo, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with two hobs, oven and fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, etc.
Separate bedroom (double bed 180 cm wide x 190 cm !!! Length). Quality sofa bed by the company Nehl with slats and cold foam mattress - Sleep as in the right bed - (143/190 cm) in the living room. Bed linen can be rented locally for the price of 15 € p. P. to be booked. The apartment is on the 1st floor. In the house is a ski room with attached drying room.
PLEASE NOTE:
The final cleaning fee of 45 € is payable locally and NOT included in the rental price. The same applies to the tourist tax.
The ski lifts and the snowboard track are about 400 - 1000 meters. The hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
Location: Free use of the public swimming pool in Braunlage (with spa card).
Braunlage has something to offer for young and old: Kurpark, indoor pool, ice rink, Heimatmuseum Braunlage, tennis hall, tennis courts, mini golf. Hiking (Braunlage has an extensive network of well-maintained hiking trails with a total length of about 220 km with beautiful viewpoints, eg: Wurmberg). Ride on the Harzer-Brockenbahn from misery to the Brocken, a visit to the dams. Fishing: Odertalsperre between Braunlage and Bad Lauterberg. In winter also good skiing u. Tobogganing.
Attractions: In the area you will find the beautiful caves in Rübeland, the Thaler Bodeschlucht with Roßtrappe, as well as the Hexentanzplatz, both the cities Goslar and Wernigerode, as well as the western town Pullman City and of course the historic Brockenbahn.
The spa card entitles to a free visit and free use of the following health and leisure facilities in Braunlage and Hohegeiß:
Braunlage indoor and leisure pools, Hohegeiß forest swimming pool, Braunlage / Hohegeiß bus route, spa park with spa center, guest welcome with guided tour, spa concerts, TV and games room, table tennis room, garden chess, bocce ball, water treading pool.
Guided hikes, groomed trails, various themed walks in Braunlage.
