Small cozy house in a very nice quiet location

The house is located on the edge of the forest near the hiking trails and the cross-country ski run. Nevertheless, you are in the middle of town within 10 minutes on foot.
With about 90 square meters on two floors, it offers space for 2 adults with 2 children.

Through a small porch you come into the open hallway, from which the kitchen, the living room and the access to the bathroom and the stairs go.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a microwave. Of course, a dishwasher is also part of the inventory.

Right in front of the large kitchen window, we have set up a small seat for breakfast in the sun.

The living room is equipped with a 42 "TV flat screen and a DVD player, the large couch can be used as an additional bed if required.
In addition to the kitchen, it also serves as a dining room for several people.

In the small bathroom there is a shower and a sink, the toilet is in a separate room next door. Of course there are enough towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom for you.

The bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a single bed in addition to the double bed. You can also set up a travel cot for small children here.
Since the stairs to the upper floor are wide but also quite steep, we provide stairs protection if you come with small children.

You can choose from both down and allergy blankets. When you make your booking, please let us know which blanket you are giving priority to.

The parking lot for your car or motorcycle is right in front of the house.
In summer you can also use the seating area with grill.
Your bicycles or Your ski equipment safely stored.

Bed linen, dishes and towels are included in the price.
For toddlers we provide stair guards, high chairs and a children's travel bed with bed linen.
The tourist tax of € 2.50 p. P. and day must be paid directly on site.
