Casa Cascada is a beautiful home that sleeps 8 and incorporates the Mexican culture with all the comforts of modern living, including the newest appliances and electronics. I offer a discount for weekly stays and a generous discount on monthly rentals. Just enter your dates to see accurate pricing.

The building was personally overseen and everything was hand chosen. It's not just a 'generic' home. The location is fantastic and centrally located in the exclusive Corpus Christi neighborhood. We are one block away from the park and Corpus Christi Church and within walking distance of Chedraui (a grocery store) and plenty of restaurants. The home may also be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with the downstairs bedroom locked out (15% off regular published rates). You will never share the home with anyone else.

The living room opens to the pool via a large sliding glass door with flanking windows. For convenience right off the pool and living room, you'll also find a 1/2 bath and full laundry room, complete with laundry detergent, fabric softener and bleach. There is a large flat screen television with cable connection, surround sound stereo that also allows for music through the rock speaker by the pool.

The home is 100% fully furnished...from towels and soaps to a blender for those sunset margaritas. There's a library of books to choose from, games to play, popular movie DVD's, sunscreen (in case you forgot yours), beach towels, beach chairs, high speed internet and so much more. You also have his and hers bicycles available for your use during your stay.

The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The dining room has a large window that overlooks the pool and landscaped yard.

There is secure gated parking on the property for your rental car or scooter and you'll also find a luxurious pool with a waterfall Jacuzzi/hot tub that is just perfect for sunning when you want to relax around the house. There is also a scuba rinse tank to clean your dive gear. Don't forget the rooftop party deck! On the third floor, there is an awesome open air space just perfect for midday sunning, a sunset party or midnight margarita.

There are 3 bedrooms...two spacious masters on the second floor and a downstairs bedroom that has a separate but lockable entrance. Every bedroom has its own pillow-top mattress, mini-split air conditioner, digital safe, flat screen TV, DVD player and clock radio with iPod docking station. Each full bath has a built in hair dryer.

The Seashell bedroom has a king size bed (that can be arranged into 2 twins). It's decorated in Caribbean hues that are soothing and tropical. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a dressing area, closet and a beautiful bathroom. The countertop is glass so you can see the shell design and sand below. There is a large walk in shower that is very luxurious.

The large travel room has a king size bed and is decorated in earth tones and rich browns. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a sitting area and also room to put a queen size air mattress (which is provided along with all the linens). The shower is elegant and unique with its large rain head shower and hand laid rock floor and border. Very organic.

The downstairs bedroom (the Fishbowl) is perfect for sleeping 3 singles (or 3 children). This bedroom, decorated in festive fish decor (including a hand painted underwater scene), has bunk beds with a trundle, a closet, flat screen television with cable, full bath AND it's own entrance into the house, a private garden and private outside gate (which can all be locked if needed). This room is also perfect for a live in house keeper or cook during your stay. We can also 'lock' this room so the home can be rented as a 2 bedroom.

Daily cleaning is included for weekly rentals and 2 times a week for monthly rentals.

If you'd like to reserve the home, the first step is to contact me and I will confirm that the dates are available and send you a Guest Agreement to review.

The next step is to pay the deposit which will finalize the reservation for your vacation home. The deposit is 50% of the total and the remainder is due 30 days before your stay. I accept these payment methods:

Casa Cascada offers so much more than just a beautiful home in Cozumel

This was the 2nd time in three years that my wife and I have enjoyed the beautiful residence that is Casa Cascada. Aside from the beautiful home and pristine pool, the house is located in the perfect place... walking distance to the Chedrui (grocery store and theatre), downtown, and all the fun of the Corpus Christi neighborhood. We always rent a scooter to get around (as we like to travel to the other side of the island), but folks could easily do without a rental car using taxis (cheap!0 and walking. Excellent home, excellent vacation! Visit Las Tortugas restaurant, only a few blocks from the home! Tell Xavier we said hello!

My husband and I rented this beautiful house from March 7th to April 11, 2015 and loved it so much, we are renting it for two months next year. We were worried it might be really hot being away from the ocean, but were pleasantly surprised at the constant breeze blowing through. The design of the house is amazing and the pool was the crowning glory. We had family and some friends staying with us on and off during the 5 weeks, and they all raved about the house and the location. We walked everywhere , but rented a car for a few days when guests arrived so we could give them an island tour. We have been coming to Cozumel since 1990, but always stayed at a hotel on the ocean. Now that we're doing long term stays, we feel so blessed to have found the perfect house and location. The management team were very helpful and the housekeeper and pool maintenance guys did a great job. Thank you Denise for putting so much love and thought into building Casa Cascada.

Casa in Cozumel

Property was mostly satisfactory with exception of totally unacceptable living room furniture! The wooden furniture had horrible cushions that made sitting on it impossible. It took extra pillows and even bed pillows to make it anywhere near comfortable. Maids did great job cleaning and were appreciated. Repairs were slow in getting solved. Pool service spotty and the pool became too cloudy to use. Dryer repair finally was done a couple of days before my month stay. It required me to do laundry for the maids the last week or so. Overall happy but would not stay there again unless serious attention was made to getting new comfortable cushions. The one top best item was the comfort of the beds and bed pillows. Great!! A few minor items need owners attention.

The House was Exactly as advertised and the Staff was tremendously helpful and courteous. Enrique was always available to answer all our questions. The pool was a refreshing end to every day. We would have given the property 5 Stars overall, but the live band across the street from the house on Fri, Sat, and Sun. Night was Very Loud.

We had such an amazing time! Rented mopeds and explored the island! Took a ferry boat trip to Cancun to see the Cenotes. The private pool was amazing!!! Wonderful stay for 8 people & 5 nights

The house was perfect for the 8 of us for the 5 nights we stayed. It was a great location close to town and we loved how cold the pool stayed all day long after a busy day out and about! The only thing we noticed was the living room and deck furniture on the roof is really run down and has a lot of wear & tear but that's understandable with the a rental. The house management was extremely helpful and had rental cars that they delivered to the house which made it really convenient and easy! We love the story of how the house was built and maybe someday we can own/build one ourselves! We'd come back for sure and thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Great Location, Good Customer Service, Enjoyable Island Getaway

Pool and hot tub were a bit smaller than expected and not heated. House was clean and spacious. We were greeted with free chips, salsa, and some beers. Kitchen was stocked and grill worked well. Scooter rental place is few blocks away along with a couple super markets. Only thing I would ask to fix is the stereo system which does not have bluetooth connection or USB plug. Would stay again with my group.

This time we stayed for a month and just loved it. Rodrigo, the property manager, is always helpful and responds quickly to any requests you may have. We had many come by for a week at a time and they were very impressed. The cleaning service for both the pool and the house was awesome. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Wonderful Home in Cozumel

My wife, me and three of our kids ages 17-25 stayed at Casa Cascada between Christmas and New Year. The reservation and payment process with the owner was VERY easy. The property managers in Cozumel were great, and helped us not only with getting settled at the house, but helping with recommendations in the local area. Very good location, walkable to the oceanfront and restaurants. We had a rental car for going around the island, and it was very safe keeping the vehicle parked on the street. The home is very roomy, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great at the beginning and end of each day, and very well maintained and clean.

Cozumel is a beautiful place

The house was stunning. Very beautiful and had everything you might need which was great and really appreciated. Its not really walking distance to a good beach. For two out of our 14 days we could not swim in the pool as the water was turning green and there was moldy looking stuff floating in it. We stayed for two weeks out of a one month stay due to a family emergency and were not able to re-book the weeks we had already paid for or given any sort of a refund. Also, I was charged for the TV cable along with electric water etc. It was fine, but funny as we never even turned on a TV. Ultimately I would not stay here again.

Nice home, but problems.

THE BEST: A beautifully constructed home, yard and pool. Spacious. Clean. Comfy beds. OK: Location was good, but we found it noisy (street). NOT GOOD: Some household items broken or in disrepair: stereo, BBQ grill, bicycles, window shade, TV. Some items owner said she had for our use, but did not: snorkel gear, 3 bicycles (in reality had only 2 bikes, but 1 was missing a pedal, the other had flat tires.). Note--The property mgnt. was slow/reluctant to help with problems. Also, this property charges very high electricity rate in addition to your rent(on the island, the more electric that was used in the past, the higher the rate)... Even tho we were careful about energy use and did not use the AC, we were charged a lot. Do not count on a return of "deposit".

Excellent House for a Cozumel Vacation

I stayed at Casa Cascada with a group of friends when we came to Cozumel on a dive vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. The close proximity to Mega and Chedraui made it easy for us to keep a good diet of fresh foods since it was an easy walk. And it is close enough to the downtown area so we could walk there and shop whenever we wanted without the need for a car or taxi. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and relaxing in the living room to watch a movie after a long day of great diving. Even with seven of us, it never seemed like we were crowded because the pool, hot tub and deck on the rooftop provided plenty of room to spread out and relax. I look forward to my next dive vacation with friends in Cozumel and we will definately stay at Casa Cascada when we come.

Home Away from Home

We had a great time at this house. We felt like it was our home instead of a rental. Everything you would need are provided from drinking water to kitchen utilities to toilet paper. =) Alex, the property manager, was great!! He answered all our questions and provided us with lots of information. He took us around town and treated us like we were long time friends. The island is so beautiful, relaxing, and safe. We have been in other countries in Latin America, and this is the first time we have felt so safe walking around town at any time of day or night. The people of Cozumel are very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend going to Cozumel! The only problem we had was the house was the front gate. It was very tricky. The key had to go into the lock in a precise way for it to open. It gave us some trouble especially at night when it was dark and hard to see the keyhole. You have a beautiful house.

This house is absolutely ...

This house is absolutely beautiful! It really enhanced our Cozumel experience -- the bedrooms are cozy, the bathrooms are spa-like, and you could spend hours on the roof deck or out at the pool. It is very convenient to everything on the island, and there are great, authentic restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

From 1995-2000, I lived and worked in Cozumel, coming back to the states on occasion to visit family and friends. I met my husband on one of the trips back to the states. We're both water lovers and after we married and had a son, we decided to buy a home on Lake Lanier in GA which is where we currently live. I've been with the same internet marketing company since 2002 and am Director of Operations. I telecommute 100% so this allows us to visit the island a couple times a year.

Why they chose this property

When I was living in Cozumel, I fell in love with not only the beautiful island but the value that the locals placed in enjoying each day with family and friends. Years ago...on the main street, I would watch locals close their stores, losing business as tourists passed by, and walk across the street to sit on the wall and watch the sunset. In 1999, I saved enough money while on the island, to buy the lot that the house is now built on. At the time, there were hardly any homes in the area and no street lights. In 2009, with the economy faltering and affecting my husband's business, we decided it was time to finish the Cozumel House. We packed up and took our son for 4 months to the island while we did an 'extreme makeover'! It was truly a leap of faith and it's wonderful to see how the area has developed into streets of exclusive homes along with a beautiful park and church. I hope the island moves you as it continues to move me every time I visit. Mi casa es su casa. Enjoy!

What makes this property unique

This is not just any rental house...it's a home that I literally helped build and every detail and item was hand picked. Each bedroom is decorated with a theme and the names of the rooms were hand painted above the door. The 2 master bathrooms have meticulous detail and one has a hand laid stone floor. The pool is fantastic and sitting in the hot tub at night is just pure bliss! It's so conveniently located and within walking distance to Mega, Chedraui (2 grocery stores), movie theater and the beach.
