5 Star Log Beach House by the Ocean

Hi, we are happy to meet you. My name is Geoff and this is my wife Silvia. We met in school and it was love at first sight. In fact, on our first date, I even told my wife that I was going to marry her one day. I am happy to say that 20 years later that we are still happily married with two lovely children.

We are a very active family, who just loves the outdoors and enjoying the little things in life. We love swimming in the ocean, going for long walks on the beach and trails (with our absolute favourite being Greenwich), watching the sunsets and starry skies by the campfire and biking along the confederation trail and of course eating local delicacies such as fresh seafood, potatoes and let's not forget the best ice cream! For these and so many other reasons... we hope that by the end of your trip you will have fallen in love with P.E.I., just like we did! :)

This Log Beach House offers all the comforts of home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (plus a heated outdoor shower). The foyer opens up into a large open concept family room, formal dining room, kitchen, charming sunroom, and powder room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with king beds, skylights, and sitting areas. The master bedroom features a window seat, washer, and dryer. There is a third bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps three (full and twin). The couch downstairs folds into a very comfortable queen bed.

The home has beautiful hardwood floors with tiles in the foyer, kitchen, sunroom, and downstairs bathroom. The home has a new Daikin furnace and air conditioning unit and a WETT-certified wood-burning stove to provide every comfort and the ambiance of an inside evening fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – a late-model fridge, oven, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, and all required utensils. There is free unlimited Starlink high-speed wi-fi service and a large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime to meet your entertainment needs.

Situated on the Island’s most-desired north shore, Log Beach House is your perfect home base to either relax or explore PEI. The place was beyond our expectations. It’s very clean and very well stocked. The hosts were very quick to respond and extremely polite. At nighttime take a look at the skies above, you can see the Milky Way and we were lucky to catch a few shooting stars. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. I would certainly book again if I get the opportunity to go back.

My husband and I took our toddler daughter here on our first family trip and it was the best trip, with amazing memories. We absolutely loved the private beach across the street, with only a few locals and sometimes completely empty. The beach is sandy and beautiful, great for swimming. A dream family vacation and we want to come back ASAP. We have travelled far and wide with airbnb, lots around Europe, but this was truly spectacular. We were sad to leave!

Stunning and expansive home and property. We just loved the setting! Beautiful views from all angles. We had company and with the bright and open concept it felt quite spacious. Close proximity to a nearly private beach. Very close to Greenwich and a few shoppes in St. Peter’s Bay.
