Minutes from Alum Creek State Park and Polaris Parkway. 3 bedroom 2 bath entire single family home. 1500 square feet pre-Civil War with exposed hand hewn beams. Complete house with full kitchen, washer and dryer, patio, and plenty of parking that could accommodate boats and campers. Wifi internet included. Furnished with couch, dining room table and chairs, two queen beds and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Kitchen has tableware and cookware. House is old but has been updated-some uneven floors and other features common to an older home.

Great place in Lewis Center

This property offers ample space and beautiful surroundings, close to Westerville/Columbus, Ohio. The owners are very helpful as needed. The property is a bit challenging for older people with mobility issues and the bed downstairs is for children and the bathroom has no grab bars to get in the tub. Otherwise, it is a terrific place!
