Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. The space is comfortable for sleeping up to 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with couches and an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The house has a 3 season room on the front to comfortably seat 5 people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all your needs. We have a nice deck off the back of the house with patio table seating for 4, porch swing and a beautiful spacious back yard. The property is just a walk away from the town square and minutes away from all of best attractions, and guests are sure to are sure to enjoy having the whole home to themselves.

Farmhouse charm

We loved that the home was within walking distance to the center of town and only a few minutes from our son's house. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and towels. Patti was available whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Charming house in a fantastic town

This property was perfect for my family. We were participating in an event close by for 9 days. It was a great alternative to a hotel room. The house is old but very well kept. The loction being so close to local bars, restaurants, and shops is convenient and yet it's a quiet relaxing place. Patti was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Charming home in Sunbury Ohio

This home was very charming and comfortable. The front porch was a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and the backyard deck was great for having an outdoor meal in the evening. Downtown Sunbury is just a block away and has good restaurants, including a yummy donut shop, as well as a Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. We enjoyed our visit!
