Why they chose this property
Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Unterkirnach, etwa 835 Meter N.N. . Eine ruhige Lage und doch sind Sie in nur 10 Minuten in der Dorfmitte. Seit 1974 gehen in diesem Haus Feriengäste ein und aus. Drei Fremdenzimmer und zwei Ferienwohnungen wurden bis Ende 2015 von unseren Eltern betrieben. Nun sind sie aber im verdienten Ruhestand. Wir haben uns entschieden, weiterhin Gäste zu beherbergen. Die vorhandenen zwei Ferienwohnungen wurden komplett neu renoviert und neu ausgestattet und sind seit Mai 2016 bezugsfertig . Im Dachgeschoss entstehen nächstes Jahr nochmals zwei neue Ferienwohnungen. In Unterkirnach haben Sie viele Möglichkeiten, Ihren Urlaub zu genießen.Wanderer und Naturliebhaber fühlen sich in unserer Umgebung wohl. Die zahlreichen Wander- und Radwege lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Die Spielscheune, das Hallenbad aqualino, der Wasserweg oder die Spielplätze laden unsere jüngsten Gäste zu einer Entdeckungsreise ein. Sie können auch einfach nur nichts tun und im Garten entspannen! Wir laden Sie ein, einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub bei uns zu verbringen.

Fühlen Sie sich wohl in unseren neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen, liebevoll und modern. Sie wohnen in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Unterkirnach. Die Ortsmitte ist in nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort z.B. ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Apotheke, Bauernladen, Bäckerei. Für Familien mit Kindern bietet eine große Rasenfläche rund um das Haus genügend Freiraum zum Spielen und Toben.
