Welcome to the "Residenz am kleinen Meer", an idyllic vacation destination surrounded by the natural beauty of Bad Zwischenahn. Our charming vacation complex, consisting of five thatched cottages, offers you a top-class retreat right on the edge of the town, close to the famous Zwischenahner Meer.

Our complex is characterized by the combination of its quiet yet close-to-town location. Each of our vacation apartments conveys a feeling of warmth and coziness, combined with modern comfort. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of our private lake, which invites you to linger and relax.

Stylische und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnungsübergabe lief dank dem Schlüsseltresor beim Eingang perfekt unkompliziert. Die architektonisch sehr tolle und gut konzipierte, stylische Wohnung mit grosser Terasse, erwartete uns mitten im Grünen. Ausgestattet mit allem Wichtigen. Toll fand ich auch, dass wir es nur vier Tage mieten konnten, die uns dennoch wie eine Woche vorkamen . Von Vorteil ist es, ein Auto zu haben, so ist man doch sehr unabhängig, und kann in ca 30 Minuten das Wattenmeer in Dangast, in 10 Minuten Bad Zwischenahn oder in 20 Minuten Oldenburg erreichen. Aber auch zu Fuss die grüne von Baumschulen und wunderschönen Backsteinhäusern dominierte Gegend wunderbar erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Erholsame Radtour Lokalität

Haus mit Atmosphäre und sehr schöner Anlage, Teich, Badesee usw. Leider war die Wohnung bei der Übergabe nicht richtig gereinigt. Eine Übergardine hing herunter, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder fehlte.

es ist dort sehr schön, ruhig und idyllisch. Super gemacht mit der Sauna im Garten. Schlüsselübergabe sehr einfach und reibungslos. Nach Bad Zwischenahn zum Kurpark, wo eine sehr nette Bar ist (geöffnet bis 19.00 Uhr) sind wir ca. 40 Minuten hin gelaufen und auch wieder zurück. Auf halbem Wege gibt es eine Minigolfanlage, die wir auch einmal mit unserer Tochter genutzt haben. Der "Park der Gärten" ist ein "Muß" und wirklich sehenswert. Wir hatten gedacht, wir schauen uns den mal kurz an. Wir haben 4 Stunden darin verbracht. So eine schöne Flora haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Mit einem sehr schönen Cafe dabei und ganz vielen Mitmachstationen.

Der telefonische und auch der persönliche Kontakt war sehr nett. Vielen Dank und wir wünschen dem Team "Residenz am kleinen Meer" eine schöne Saison. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Wohnung ist gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Anlage schön angelegt. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Wochenende mit der Familie

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Zwischenahn in der Residenz verbracht. Die Wohnung war toll eingerichtet und super ruhig. Durch das tolle Wetter könnten wir jeden Abend den balkon benutzen und den Tieren lauschen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Die gesamte Buchungsabwicklung lief super unkompliziert, das haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt :-)
