Great proximity to Disney World!

This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation!

Wonderful weekend!

The house fit our needs perfectly! We had a few families in town for a cheer competition and it was the perfect place to get ready and have some fun together! The kids loved the game room, pool and movie room. It was definitely a house we’d love to return to!

Excellent communication, loved the home, very clean, comfortable, super cold AC since it was extremely hot outside. The pool was clean, the hot tub was perfect! Lots of towels for us to use (all clean). Thank you for hosting us! The movie theater was easy to use, the game room was a hit!!

2933 Fable

This was a beautiful home. All the entertainment you would need while at home. I had my own laptop but was surprised to see a computer with a printer. All household supplies were provided which is normally rare to find when renting a vacation home. Great location to grocery stores and outlets.

Family holiday

A wonderful house that I would highly recommend. It was large enough for all ages within our party of 15 and had lots to entertain everyone. The teenagers loved the cinema room and the games room suited all. The owner responded almost immediately to any queries we had. The house was immaculate and well equipped with all the electrical appliances. The pool was well maintained and the jacuzzi was a welcome extra. An 8 minute walk took you to the resort pool etc supermarkets were close by and the Disney resorts were a 15 minute drive away - traffic permitting!! Would definitely stay there again

Highly recommended!

What a lovely home with everything one would need for a pleasant stay. Plenty of room to spread to out. Calvin provided all the necessities including trash bags and laundry detergent to make things easy on us. The home was clean and thoughtfully planned. Our kids had a blast! My only complaint was that our QR code to enter did not work and security would not pick up when we called from the gate. The main gate often had a 10+ car wait to get it, it is a very popular subdivision. This is not Cal’s fault but it did frustrate us when trying to get back in the subdivision. Despite this we would definitely come back. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Disney Villa for the win!

This Disney Villa was super nice and spacious! It accommodated my whole family of all different ages! There was a personal pool and jacuzzi but also the cool water slides and game house down the road. While at the house, the kids and adults had a great time in the game room. There was a whole variety of video games for the kids and then pool/air-hockey for the adults. It also had a super easy-to-use movie theater room! Overall, the cleanliness and organization was amazing. No complaints. The themed rooms made the whole experience because it made us feel not in a regular house and that we were on vacation! There were lots of kitchen supplies and a bbq outside. Perfect for large families! I’ll definitely be staying at this villa again!
