Heating is an extra $35/night. Please let the host know at least one day prior if you need this service.

PETS:
We welcome pets of all sizes, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge a $100 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets, and then $50 per additional pet. Please note: these fees would be on top of the booking fee. Please contact the host before booking if you plan to bring more than 2 pets.

We work hard to make all visits as enjoyable as possible, but because it's warm here and we are near a lake, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes!

Because the above situations are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for them.
