Welcome to our home! We love Brian Head and know you will too. Brian Head is an all season resort with something for everyone. Every window of our condo has an incredible view of the meadow, the beautiful new lake, and the mountain. You can ski, walk, or take the shuttle to the lifts of both mountains. It is an easy walk to the mall with local shops and a few restaurants.
Our condo has just been updated with fresh paint and new flooring, and updated lighting throughout the entire condo, a complete expanded kitchen remodel with new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops, both bathrooms have been updated as well with granite countertops, new sinks and toilets. The living room features leather full motion furniture. Both the couch and the chair recline with the push of a button, stop where ever you like. The dining room table has a granite Lazy Susan in the center and the leaves fold up making this square table for four into a round table for eight (an extra table and 4 chairs are in the condo). Need more dining space? Seat three comfortably at the kitchen counter. The primary suite has a king bed. The on-suite bathroom has both a tub and shower. The sink and dressing area are just off the bedroom (blow dryer and curling iron included). The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. These beds have memory foam mattresses. A separate sink area and full bath are just across the hall (blow dryer included). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, blender, popcorn popper, mixer, spices, and a variety of pots and pans. Since this is our home away from home, we have included the things we expect in our own home.
The large hot tub is a great place to unwind and make new friends after a long day of playing in the great outdoors. The kids will love fishing in Bristol Cone Pond. Our building is the closest to the pond. Every window has a view of the pond and the lift to the Navajo Area. There is a walking trail around the pond and a new playground for the kids or the kid in you. The famous, Brian the Bear, is also on the playground. You are within driving distance away from Utah's Mighty Five National Parks making this an ideal base camp for your adventures. Brian Head is known for not only the great skiing but also the incredible system of mountain bike trails. There are snow mobile rentals in the winter and ATV rentals in the summer for you to enjoy.

Kitchen was very well stocked, love that there was a crock pit so we can prep dinner and go ski all day the building staff did a tremendous job clearing all the snow
Really nice 2 bedroom condo very close to lifts. The place was very clean and extremely well stocked! The master bedroom was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet! We’d stay again for sure!

Wonderful!
Had great time with my daughter on the slopes. Love coming back to this place.
Thank you Michelle for being always very accommodating!
The place was clean and ready for new guests. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host communication and flexibility was fantastic, we had to adjust our visit due to a family situation and Michelle was quick and happy to accomodate us. We will be back again!
Michelle is very responsive and the condo was exactly as described. Our kids loved the "community /game" room and jacuzzi and we had a great time playing Foosball and ping pong after a long day snowboarding. You can walk to the ski lifts from the condo which is an added bonus 😀

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed your trip!
This was a great pick all around.
It is really close to Giant Steps. Older kids could walk to the lift though it would be a bit of a haul with little ones.
It was newly remodeled so it felt clean and fresh.
Michelle was a super responsive host.
Kitchen was well appointed, and even had a crock pot which we used religiously for dinners.
Be aware:
This a second floor apartment out of three floors.
That makes it a bit of a haul to get all the gear to the rooms.
We had horribly noisy folks directly above us that were the single biggest joykill. That is always a risk with apartments above you.
Second floor but near the stairs. Comfy, cozy, and fun. Kids appreciated the games, esp building with the jenga and dominoes blocks. Decent amount of hot water for multiple showers with enough towels. Kitchen sink is good for bathing babies and noncooperative toddlers. Emails didn't have current wifi info, but book and TV channel page on the lamp table have updated info. My family had a nice relaxing stay while other family members had hotel nightmare stories instead. Hostess was great about getting back to us to get booked even though she was out of town/ out of service. Between the condo and Parowan we found everything we needed so we could pack basic and easy instead of overpacking just in case. We plan on being back. Thanks for a wonderful last minute getaway that didn't break the bank.
My family of 6 had a great time in the condo! It had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 night stay. There’s nothing bad I could say about it. It was perfect for our family.
Nice set up for a family ski vacation. Good access to the mountain. Beds and living areas were comfortable. Kitchen had basic supplies and everything needed to do limited cooking. We'd definitely stay there again.
This property is a condo which I didn’t realize so the hot tub and washer/dryer are in a different building. It’s. Cold running back and forth in a wet suit. The laundry is coin operated which we didn’t know and had to leave the property to get change. Otherwise it’s a great value for the money. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The property was great, comfy bed, customer service was great!

Great location!
This is our second visit to this particular condo. It is one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a condo. We were able to walk over the Giant Steps to go tubing. The condo is well heated.

Why they chose this property
Our family has been coming to Brian Head since 1964. We learned to ski here and to love the snow here.
What makes this property unique
Brian Head is a great getaway. Sometimes we come here to get away from it all. Sometimes we use it as a base camp to explore by car or motorcycle (rentals available in Hurricane, UT) Zion and Bryce National Parks and rarely do we miss Cedar Breaks. It is perfect for four wheelers (bring your own or rent in Brian Head) or fishing at Navajo Lake or Panguitch Lake.
