Brian Head Resort is considered one of the nicest ski resorts in Utah, The winters offer the 'snow fanatics' some of the best powder skiing and snowboarding available, along with snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and a great tubing park for kids of ALL ages. Brian Head has a total of 8 lifts, and nearly 60 ski trails to take advantage of.

Summertime offers a whole new set of fantastic opportunities for visitors. You can take advantage of miles of ATV trails all around Brian Head, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes and streams within 30 minutes of Brian Head. If you are a mountain biker, Brian Head has some of the best trails in the country and is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments throughout the summer.

Brian Head also offers free concerts, craft fairs, and fantastic town celebrations all Summer long. Cedar Breaks National Park is 5 miles away, and one of the most spectacular sights you will ever see.

Cedar City is just 40 minutes down the mountain, and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival (Summer and Fall), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and so many other amenities you may be looking for.

We have a fully beautiful renovated condo! All new kitchen, doors, bathrooms and walls! There is free covered parking (6' 8" clearance, with outdoor parking for taller vehicles) just one flight below our first floor condo. The living room is open and comfortable with a wood burning fireplace, flat panel TV, XBox360, standard DVD and Blu-Ray DVD player. We also have puzzles and games for family fun.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has one full size (double) bed and twin bunk beds

You have private wi-fi and a very well equipped kitchen. Our renters return year after year and have made it their home. We are pleased to invite you into our Brian Head home as well!

It was perfect

My friends and I came to ski Brian Head for the first time and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location was as described and it was so awesome to walk outside with the lift right down a little hill from the building. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and other things to make it easy to cook in. Lots of extra blankets and we were very comfortable. Thank you! We would love to stay again. 🙂

The perfect getaway condo. Our family had a wonderful stay and appreciated the hospitality. We came in to a nice gift basket of snacks and my kids loved that they had Xbox. This condo was very clean, comfortable and could tell it was well taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location

Cozy condo, very clean with plenty of blankets and towels. We loved the location! Being able to walk out the door and be at the lifts already was priceless. Bring on the first floor is ideal too, it made it so much easier at the end of the day. We stayed here with another family and it had all the amenities we needed. It is small but still comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Great unit

Everything as advertised. Unit is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you might need. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this unit, if you’re looking to stay at Giant Steps.
