Tastefully furnished 3-room apartment with about 48 square meters on 1 level (4. OG, with elevator) for up to 4 people. In a beach location directly on the dike in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. The beach promenade is right in front of the house and to all the shops and restaurants of the spa it is only a short walk. Enjoy the beautiful, wide view over the beach and the sea to the horizon. Relaxation and relaxation guaranteed by fresh sea air and the sauna area in the house. Ideal for your relaxing holiday on the North Sea!

Living room with sofa for 2-3 people, 2 armchairs, TV (satellite), stereo compact system and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished, sheltered balcony to the southwest.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), 2 small wardrobes.
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm). Both bedrooms are separated by sliding doors from the living room.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower (low entry: about 15cm), towel warmer and hair dryer. Separate toilet.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror, built-in wardrobe and small storage room with vacuum cleaner in the entrance area.

Parking space in front of the house. Bicycle storage room (subject to availability), communal table tennis room, communal laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, spa area with sauna for a fee on the ground floor of the house available. Modern direct heating. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Gemütliche und gut gelegene Wohnung - Preis-Leistung OK

Schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Das Zentrum des Ortsteils Bad ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein eigens zugewiesener Parkplatz. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen. Einziger Mangel war der vermutlich fehlende Sifon, am Waschbecken im Badezimmer ... hier störte der Kanalisationsgeruch, besonders beim Zähneputzen oder wenn man sich unter dem Wasserhahn die Haare nass machen wollte. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)
