Comfortable 3-room apartment in the house "Paulsen" with about 60 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people. Close to the center of the village in Sankt Peter-Ording. The shops and restaurants of the village street are only a few minutes walk away. The beach can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The riding hall is in direct neighborhood. With a beautiful, furnished terrace to the west.

Living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2 seater), armchairs, TV, hi-fi system and direct access to the terrace. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining table with 5 chairs.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 100x200cm), wardrobe and access to the terrace.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower and toilet. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror.

Car parking space and covered Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit available at the house. Free Wi-Fi. Shared laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
