Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you’ll be in a great spot to explore Sankt Peter, its unique beach, and the promenades. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a children’s playground, the town centre with shopping options, a bakery, restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful South Beach. <br><br>Amenities<br>The tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers 85 square metres of space for up to six people. You’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable, high-quality sofa and a large flat-screen TV. From here, you have access to the sunny west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture and a beach chair.<br><br>The open, very well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, Qbo capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The bright dining area seats up to six people.<br>The bedroom features a high-quality double bed (180 × 200 cm), a TV, and ample closet space. Two additional bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (90 × 200 cm) and a sleeper chair (70 × 190 cm) for extra sleeping space. One of the bedrooms also features a desk. <br>Two modern bathrooms with showers offer you plenty of space.<br>A small adjoining room in the hallway contains a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which you may use at no extra cost. <br>Additionally, a spacious terrace with a gas grill is available on the ground floor.<br><br>Special Features<br>The holiday rental is a smoke-free property. We are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi (fiber-optic). The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. All windows can be darkened with blackout curtains, and the south-facing Velux windows with roller shutters. You can conveniently park your car on the property behind the house. A charging station is available for electric cars. A high chair is available for young guests.
