Enjoy use of 2 bicycles and 4 mile boardwalk for scenic rides. Relax inside with Smart TVs and full cable and fiber WiFi. Plus, enjoy a shared fire pit and corn hole for outdoor fun. Beach toys, wagon, skim boards, and beach towels provided. Rent a 6 person golf cart (fee) and explore the area. Enjoy a coffee bar with sugar, creamer, filters, and pods. Cook up a meal on the outdoor grill and dine on the outdoor furniture. Luxury linens will keep you comfortable. Two dedicated workspaces make it easy to stay productive.

Living Room:
One of Windmark’s largest floor plans, this 2300+ sqft. home offers a living room with ample seating so everyone can be comfortable with plenty of room to relax and a 65" Samsung Smart TV with streaming and cable. A desk space and foosball table also accompany the living space.

Kitchen:
Includes all of your basic cooking and eating needs, a coffee station with both coffee grounds and k-cups, baking dishes, blender, cookie sheets, pots and pans, ninja blender, hand mixer, and grilling utensils.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2, luxury linens, ceiling fan, closet access, 43" Samsung Smart TV, cable, desk space, alarm clock, luggage rack, wood hangers, en suite bathroom.

The Windmark Community: The coastal resort style community is located along the shores of beautiful St. Joseph Bay. You can enjoy the fresh air on nature trails, boardwalks and cart paths or get a workout in at the state-of-the-art fitness center (additional fee required). Homes are raised slightly to take full advantage of the Bay breezes. The community features a swimming pool, Village Green and Amphitheater, Sweet Shop, Restaurants, Bar, and beach walkover access to four miles of pristine St. Joseph Bay coastline.

Access to Windmark is off of route 98. Closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City.

* Golf cart available for $75/night+tax. You must pay for the golf cart for the entire duration of the reservation. (i.e. 5 nights=$375) Golf cart rental fee and rental agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form and successful payment guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.

No grease down the kitchen drain. Even the smallest amount can cause damage to the sewage system and water and toilets to be unusable. Guests will be billed for any damage caused.
