Tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with about 50 sqm on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 4 people. Centrally located in the village of Sankt Peter-Ording. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the road to the historic Wanlik Hüs, the oldest thatched cottage far and wide on Eiderstedt, in which today is an exquisite restaurant. All shops of the village street are in direct neighborhood.

Living room with corner sofa (up to 5 persons), wardrobe double bed (2x 80x200cm), armchair, large TV, stereo and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony overlooking green gardens and magnificent thatched-roof houses. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher.

Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, daylight and hair dryer.

Hall with wardrobe and shoe rack in the entrance area on the ground floor.

Lage top Wohnung leider enttäuschend!

Hatten schon die Wohnung 3 im gleichen Objekt deshalb etwas enttäuscht von der Wohnung 5. Nicht geschmackvoll eingerichtet und im Bad ist einiges austauschbedürftig! Im Schlafzimmer kann man den Schrank nicht wirklich öffnen. Einrichtung also nicht passend. Schade mit ein bisschen Geschmack könnte man alles etwas ansprechender gestalten.

Leider war das Schlafzimmer viel zu klein. Man kam kaum zwischen dem Bett und dem Kleiderschrank durch (nur für ganz schmale Personen. Nachts dröhnte immer ein Aggregat oder ähnliches vom Restaurant, das an die Wohnung gekoppelt ist. Von schlafen war kaum die Rede. Selbst der Fußboden im Badezimmer dröhnte. Vielleicht sollte man auch bemerken, dass der Parkplatz des Edeka s nur direkt neben der Wohnung durch eine Gasse angefahren werden muss und dadurch eine erhebliche Geräuschkulisse entsteht. Von Nachmittsruhe keine Spur.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort direkt von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen diese Fäden wurden noch einmal zu buchen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, das ein Teil des Bestecke beziehungsweise der Tassen nicht sauber waren. Hier wäre es empfehlenswert, wenn vor der Weitervermietung des Objektes jemand dahingehend noch einmal die Einrichtung überprüft. Ansonsten wie gesagt alles top!
