Modernized 2-room apartment with about 45 sqm on 1 level (EC and Raised ground floor) for up to 2 persons. In central location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants of the spa center and the Dünentherme can be reached in about 10 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful view of the green from your south-facing balcony.

Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, TV, radio and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished south balcony overlooking the forest. Open kitchen with oven and fridge freezer. No microwave, no dishwasher.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit in the basement of the house available. Free Wi-Fi. 

The beds are fresh on arrival. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Das Inventar lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

Lage und Umgebung perfekt, in der Küche fehlt einiges, z.B. Eierlöffel, Sektgläser, der Schlafzimmerschrank ist nicht mehr schön und ein Kissen hatte große braune Flecken, der Balkon voller Spinnenweben. Insgesamt fand ich die Wohnung, für das was sie geboten hat, zu teuer.

Nichts für Senioren

Für ältere Personen ist diese Wohnung trotz meiner guten Gesamtwertung nicht zu empfehlen. Die Betten sind niedrig und die Matratzen sehr hart. Auch die Sitzmöbel (2 Sessel) sind nur für junge Leute geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. In der ersten Etage wohnte eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Da keine Spülmaschine bzw. Mikrowelle vorhanden war, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch angesetzt.

Balkon leider nicht zu benutzen

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in etwa unseren Vorstellungen. Die Bezeichnung Südbalkon sollten Sie aus der Beschreibung entfernen. Der Zustand des Balkons ist einfach nur widerlich.
