Beautiful house next to the lake, you can swim in front of your house!

Holiday home at the lake - the new built, detached and very comfortable home is located in the middle of the nature reserve. From your terrace you can jump into the lake and go for a swim. The beach of Luna is around the corner. Do you love watersports? Then this is paradise for you!
The ground floor holiday home is very comfortable furnished. When you enter the house you'll come in the hall with toilet and storage place. There is an open kitchen with dining table, a comfortable couch with beautiful view on the lake and doors that lead you to the terrace. It has 2 bedrooms with dubble beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a modern bathroom and a terrace with table and lake view.

In the center of Middenwaard are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants, a cinema, bowling hall and a theatre.

We love staying here so much…it is really part of our Dutch family. The grandkids love being there playing games and hanging how. So close to everything and a very beautiful setting. Will always be a place we come back to. :)

Amazing location & view

We had a great time. Super clean, most friendly and accommodating host you could ask for. Everything you need. The view of the river with the water skiing was incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer. This is a must stay lovely property if in the area.

Hell, modern und geräumig

Das Wohnzimmer ist noch größer und heller als auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet, die Fußbodenheizung funktioniert einwandfrei und in allen Zimmern ist reichlich Stauraum für das Gepäck. Die Lage ist gut, denn mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Nordsee, am Isselmeer, in den Naturparks und den schönen Städten, ohne Auto ist das Quartier jedoch etwas abgelegen. Die Vermieterin ist nett und unkompliziert und wohnt gleich nebenan, allerdings wurden uns die Kontaktdaten erst kurz vor der Anreise mitgeteilt und mich nervte die viele Werbung von vrbo, daher die Abwertung für die Agentur. Das Etagenbett ist recht wackelig und daher nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet, die beiden Einzelbetten sind schmal und die Temperatur in den Schlafzimmern ist nicht separat regelbar, dennoch haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.und können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Komfort legt. Der private Steg direkt am See ist herrlich und wären wir im Sommer hier gewesen, hätten wir dort gewiss viel Zeit.verbracht, zum Schwimmen ist der See jedoch meines Erachtens nicht geeignet

Wunderbares Haus

Wirklich wunderschönes und sehr modernes Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sogar noch besser, als es in der Beschreibung steht. Neben der Fußbodenheizung verfügt das Bad über einen Handtuschwärmer. Außerdem gab es einen Fön und Küchenhandtücher. Wir fanden das sehr nett. Die Terrasse hat einen sehr modernen, elektrisch gesteuerten Sonnenschutz. Die Elektrogeräte waren nahezu neu und technisch auf dem modernsten Stand. Das Haus liegt nicht in einer typischen Touristengegend, aber sehr schön direkt an einem See mit Wasserskianlage. Es gibt einen Steg, von dem aus man in dem See schwimmen könnte. Bis zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit (30 Min.) und Alkmaar mit seiner hübschen Innenstadt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin kam zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied. Sie war zauberhaft und sehr nett. Wir waren begeistert.
