We understand your comments about the property feeling "dated" and the listing not being fully accurate. While the absence of the TV in one of the bedrooms wasn’t reported during your stay, we’ve since flagged it for review to ensure our listing reflects the current setup.
Regarding the broken dining chair arm, we were made aware of this after your stay and have already scheduled repairs. Similarly, the outdoor lounge chair you mentioned has been noted for removal.
As for the pricing during the Balloon Festival, we understand this was a concern. Rates during high-demand periods are based on local market trends, but we’ll take your feedback into account when evaluating future pricing.

Could have been better.
Overall the space is descent. However, there are some needed repairs (staircase handle, toilet in master makes weird noises). We couldn’t make coffee because coffee pot is missing from coffee maker. Pots for cooking were dirty, so we decided to eat out instead of cooking. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning. I managed a VRBO, so it would be good to check items to make sure for cleanliness and working condition of items.
