Thermostat: adjustable temperature control for your stay. The AC works great and you will be very comfortable.

Security: We have three cameras on the exterior of our home. One Ring Doorbell at the front door overlooking the front of the home and driveway, and a Ring Spotlight Camera located in the Carport on the side of the home overlooking the side gate and street. This is also a safe neighborhood.
Supplies: We’ll provide everything you need to get started with the essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, propane, and cleaning supplies. Long stays are responsible for purchasing additional items, if needed.

Cleaning: we can arrange for mid-stay cleaning of the home for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is awesome. The home is thoroughly sanitized and thoughtfully cleaned between stays.

We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and backgrounds. The home is single level and has step free entryways to all rooms providing access to guests of all accessibility needs.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES --- Our check-in time is 4:00pm and our check-out time is 11:00am. Please be respectful of these times so that our cleaning crew can prepare for our next guests.

FLEXIBILITY FOR CHECK IN/OUT --- Late check-outs are not allowed "unless authorized".

LUGGAGE DROP OFF — Early luggage drop off is allowed with pre-approval from hosts

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES --- Please take the trash out to the bin on the side of the house. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn the clean cycle on.

NO SMOKING --- Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty.

PET POLICY --- Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. Please add your pets to the reservation details.

PARTY POLICY --- Strict no parties rule. Please respect the home and its furnishings.

NOISE LEVELS --- Please be aware that this home is in a residential neighborhood. NO excessive noises from 10pm-7am please. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees.

POOL SAFETY --- Guests swim at their own risk. NO diving in pool. NO glass in the backyard & pool areas.

HOME SAFETY --- Pleasure make sure to turn OFF propane / gas after you barbecue and turn the oven OFF after use. Our home is NOT baby, infant, and child proofed, so please supervise children at all times. Safety concerns include but are not limited to stairs, hot oven / stove, cleaning chemicals, pool & hot tub, furniture corners, and electrical outlets.

UNVERIFIED GUESTS --- Please add the correct number of guests to your reservation details. Only the number of guest(s) added to the reservation are allowed on the property.

MAIL / POSTAGE / DELIVERIES --- Guests may not receive mail, UPS, Fedex, or any packages at the property. Hosts are not responsible for lost or unreceived mail and deliveries. TRASH --- Please place filled trash bags in the bin on the side of the home. Please note that our trash & recycling collection vendors will roll the bins out to the street and return the bins to the home around during the scheduled city services pick-up day.

DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR HOME --- Damages done to the property during your rental period will result in an open claim. We check the home’s condition after every guest leaves and will document damages with photos. Examples of damages are evidence of pets or smoking, drawings on the walls, torn furniture, scratched wood floors, damaged devices, broken decorations, etc.

MAINTENANCE --- If you have any maintenance issues, please contact your hosts ASAP so that we can promptly coordinate repairs.

SHOES --- We try very hard to keep the home spotless. Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.

EVENTS - Events are only allowed with prior approval from hosts.

AMENITY FORGIVENESS – The hosts try their best to provide all advertised amenities but recognize that occasionally an item may be missing, or a description may be incorrect. With sufficient notice, the host will attempt to replace missing items before the guest checks out. Guest accepts that refund requests relating to missing items or inaccurate descriptions will not exceed a total of $10.

STAINED LINENS & TOWELS – The hosts try their best to provide clean and stain-free linens and towels for every guest reservation. Great big house, good location
This was a great property for a family (4 adults and 2 little children)! Very spacious, big entryway, large back yard with a pool. Four large bedrooms and the walk-in closet from the master bedroom is basically an additional bedroom, very valuable if you have a baby in the party (there is also a highchair attachment for the dining room and a portable crib on request). The stack of extra sleeping mats provided endless "build your own play fort" entertainment for the kids, we appreciated that. Small details are there, including partially covered parking, sharp kitchen knives, full array of Apple TV+, Disney+, coffee maker and coffee, etc. The pool area is unheated, refreshing on hot days for sure. Location is also good, short walk to nearby playground and outdoor seasonal pool, Moxie Coffee is a close by and excellent. Short drive to Trader Joe's, Pizzeria Bianco, shopping malls, etc. Seemed like it was only 20min drive or less to get to just about anywhere in the greater Phoenix area (sports stadiums, airport, Desert Botanical Garden, etc). The smart thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, two mornings it seemed to set itself to 65 and made the house pretty chilly. The hot water out of the kitchen sink also comes out hot enough to melt plastic containers so watch out for little kids washing hands in the kitchen. Otherwise, great stay, probably stay again if we go back!

Centrally located for our needs. No problem communicating with the property coordinators who were very accommodating. It was clean and spacious and had plenty of bathrooms although a bit outdated collectively. The backyard and pool were pretty much nonfunctional. Water was too cold unless it was the middle of summer. Lastly, the wife had trouble sleeping from the road noise off Campbell Ave. Overall good stay at a fair price. Helpful tip; get a nice ironing board covering for ease of ironing and more Kleenex boxes please. Hope that helps. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
