Our home is your prime time location for your stay, located only 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and Old Town Scottsdale with the best shops and restaurants in the area! Our recently renovated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home has stylish yet comfortable furnishings throughout. It is extremely spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, large flat screen TV's, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, fire pit, BBQ and more! Your perfect vacation home to escape the winters chill!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

The pool may be heated, by request, for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like the pool heated at the time of booking so that we can invoice you separately.

This home has a gas pool heater. Gas pool heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

Smiles all around

We have rented numerous VRBO properties over the years. This property stood out for many reasons. The accuracy of listing. Everything promised was delivered and more. Location was perfect for our needs. Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Spring Training, hiking trails, Scottsdale, Tempe. All within a few minutes. The home is set up perfectly. Well made furniture, beds, cabinets and kitchenware. The kitchen even has sharp, high quality knives. I've learned to always bring my own knives from home because of terrible knives in most rentals. The pool was wonderful and private. It is completely fenced for security. This was a big deal for our us as we had our three year old grandson in our group. The property management was fantastic. Believe me, this is unique throughout the industry. Lori was quick to answer all questions and was gracious and welcoming at all times. A pleasure to be sure. A great time and experience for everyone.
