Absolutely fantastic!!

I stayed here for Halloween weekend and had such a blast!! The owner was extremely accommodating with the check in and check out process and responded to questions within minutes. The property is perfect for entertaining and was so much fun for everyone! The location was also super convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend staying here!

DO NOT STAY HERE - HOST IS A FRAUD

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES TO STAY IN AZ. THE HOST WILL LIE TO YOU, STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!! The worst “home” rental experience I’ve ever had and it’s not close. I use home in parenthesis’s because this isn’t a home at all, it was clearly a failed flipped house gone wrong. There were exposed electric sockets in every room, no flooring, a messy laundry room with gross miss matched towels, no amenities what so ever, and nothing in the rooms but a bed. The host forgot to make sure he sent us over the code to get into the house. When I tried reaching out he didn’t answer and later the next morning he let me know he was east coast based, which means he can’t properly perform his host duties, not sure why VRBO allows that. So we were not able to get into the home on night one and we were left stranded with no help from the host. We had to last minute call vrbo and they said we had to pay out of pocket for a hotel which they finally reimbursed weeks later. When I called the host the next day with a vrbo rep on the phone we asked for a refund for the first night. The host agreed and said he’d get the refund to us. He then played dumb and ignored me and vrbo for the next 6 months. I have screen shots of him agreeing to a refund and him clearly understanding the situation. Vrbo has voice recordings of him cussing them out because he was mad he got caught for fraud. He showed zero care or remorse during the entire process.

An Amazing Stay!

I had an amazing vacation trip here and the hosts communication was AMAZING! The host was very accommodating and responsive the whole time which made my trip super easy! I was a little hesitate booking because this property seemed too good to be true but I can confirm everything is exactly like the pictures! The house is newly remodeled and the perfect space for small gatherings and some time to hangout at the pool. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.
