Marble vanity and Glass shower, stackable washer/dryer, newly installed air purifying system. Plenty of boat parking and just blocks from Orientals boat ramp. The property is conveniently located so you can walk & bike to restaurant's, shopping and artists galleries. We have complimentary bikes, and a 2-man sit on top kayak stored at the town wildlife ramp located 5 blocks for your convince to put in and enjoy our local creek.
