The detached holiday home, built in 1955 and renovated in 2015, is furnished in a typical regional style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny and secluded location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit. There is one seating area in front of the house in the courtyard (an old original stone table) with chairs, and another table with chairs by the barbecue.

The entrance to the living room and kitchen is separate from the entrance to the bedrooms! You have to go out onto the terrace to get from one entrance to the other The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, refrigerator (100 l, freezer), coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. 2 bathrooms each 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district of Starigrad Paklenica. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is surrounded by a large hedge, and a large gate is at the entrance where cars can drive in. When you close this gate you have total privacy. The holiday home is a beautiful stone house in the small hamlet of Milovci, about 4 km from the centre of Starigrad. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
