Recently built 3 bedroom townhouse in one of Seattle's most lively, yet peaceful neighborhood of Queen Anne. The home is conveniently located next to Seattle Pacific University and is just minutes walk away from Lake Union, multiple bus options and biking trails, making it easy for you to explore local restaurants, cafes, Queen Anne's rich architecture, and all the neighborhood has to offer.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome approximately 1100 sqft. It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room with Smart TV w/ AC • Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with queen bed/full bed, bathroom • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with Queen bed w/ AC, ensuite bath and walk-in closet, laundry • Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with territorial views

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Street parking is free and the neighborhood is safe. Please note that the parking pad immediately behind the home is assigned to the neighbor and please do not park there.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

There is only one tv and room for maybe 3-4 adults to sit comfortably in the family room. Second story has two bedrooms and bathroom, 3rd floor is master with attached bath. The rooms were clean towel just had someone else’s hair in it. Kind of gross. We had 6 people staying and we all couldn’t sit together and watch tv downstairs because there just wasn’t enough seating.
The property was fantastic! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and we could not have had a better experience. Would definitely stay there again. We especially loved the rooftop😀

We had a really nice stay, the place was very clean and comfortable especially the beds. We had takeout from the nearby Thai Fusion and ate it on the roof deck which was perfect. Also enjoyed their breakfast recommendation the next morning. Would absolutely recommend.

Lots of stairs and a very small living room so not much space to gather on site. But if the goal is just to have a nice place to stay and touch in, it is perfect very clean. Great management.

We loved our stay here and hope to come back! Host was very responsive and helpful. Property was immaculate, cozy and modern in design which added to its location - walkable to so many spots! Treat to call it home for a couple of days. The rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!

This was a very cute, clean, and efficient place to stay. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Close walking distance to a couple of coffee shops. My only issue is the access for someone with mobility issues. You do have to climb some pretty steep stairs from the street to get to the unit and the bedrooms are all on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We had a family member with hip issues and it was a little bit difficult to navigate. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who does not have difficulty with stairs

Loved walking around Queen Anne , great shops and restaurants.
Town house was comfortable for the two of us , need more seating in living room if its more than two, also for eating just two bar stools and a small island, no table etc. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. As in other reviews if you cant do stairs I would not suggest staying here, lots inside and out. Great commnication with host on some issues.

This was perfect for our pre cruise visit to Seattle. I did misunderstand. I.thought that there were 3 suites, not one bathroom shared by two rooms and a master suite. We made it work, and loved the Queen Anne neighborhood.

Great spot that was clean, and owners were easy to communicate with. The downstairs living area is definitely cozy, but it worked for us and we were able to cook which is always a draw for staying in VRBO properties. Close enough to many of Seattle’s big sights but far enough to have a quiet neighborhood feel. There were quite a few stairs given the layout, so just know that going in. (We were traveling with a senior with some mobility issues, and while we figured it out, we might rethink our location next time.) Otherwise a very nice stay!

This townhouse is beautiful, very well appointed! I would absolutely stay with these hosts again. Check-in was easy. Communication was great! This place is wonderful. We had a car and had no problem finding street parking. It was almost as if the neighborhood saved our spot right in front of the building! It was a little chilly for the rooftop deck, but what a great addition for warmer months. Easy walk to a few eateries and a brew pub. As described, it is right across the street from Seattle Pacific University. Easy driving to South Lake Union, Fremont, Ballard, and downtown. It is licated in a very nice, quiet residential area. Again, we absolutely loved everything this stay had to offer. Really, could not have been more pleased!

Great property! We needed somewhere close to SPU and this couldn't have been better. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. I'm rarely pleased enough to return to a property but would definitely stay here again.
