The classically furnished apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building with an elevator.
You have a beautiful view of the sea and live in one of the best areas of Chania.
The apartment has a living room with adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom.
There is also a small balcony with a parasol and seating.
It is a 10-minute walk to the Venetian harbor and the old town, as is the beach. In 80 meters you are already on the water.
The best fish restaurants in the city can be found on the beach. The city center and the nearest supermarket are about 350 meters away.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and a couch, the second bedroom has two sofa beds with comfortable mattresses. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large sink and a washing machine.
From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the nearby water. Parking spaces are available around the house.

Great Location!

Nice apartment with great location. Close to both the Venetian harbour and Nea Chora beach but in a very quiet neighborhood. Good size master bedroom as well. Second bedroom is a tad small but does the job.

Wir sind super zufrieden. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles nötige da. 5 Minuten zum Fuß zu der alte venezianische Hafen in Chania. Besser geht nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Highly recommend

It's a good experience for my family, some small hip up when opening the apartment door as you need some technique to twist and turn the key before it can opened. But the service support from George is fast and responsive and this did not spoilt our traveling fun. The apartment is clean and spacious as per the description. Location is strategic, quiet at one corner and about 5 mins walk to the chania old town. Parking is free and easy along the road side. If we were really picky then the sound proof at the ceiling is not that good as we can hearing some kids stomping the floor upstairs and dropping hard objects on the floor. If the small room is equipped with air-conditioning it will be perfect. Overall highly recommend.for other traveller, Chania is a lovely place, lots of good restaurants in old Town.

Great Chania Place

The location was the best part, but the property was neat and clean and that made the whole experience great. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The owner was great. He saved us a parking space on the road for our arrival. The location is fabulous. It is outside of the old city but only by a 5 minute walk, making for easy access to drop of suitcases and there is parking for our rental car as well. The owner provided lots of recommendations for places to go and to eat. We would easily choose to stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Stephanie, die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Zum venezianischen Hafen und zum Stadtstrand waren es fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Chania ist eine sehr schöne Stadt - wir haben es genossen. Danke.

A lovely clean updated apartment perfect distance from everything

We loved our stay here. I stayed with my husband and our 9 month old, The apartment is really nice and welcoming, the shower is huge and awesome, the mattress is comfy and the air conditioning is a life saver! After 2 weeks of travel these things made us very happy :) there is a little deck with some ocean view perfect to enjoy a glass of wine! The apartment is within a quick walk to the shore and the whole city center area. We didn’t move our car much during our stay which was awesome! The host made things very easy for us, there is a lockbox so you don’t need to run around trying to meet up which has been hard to do in the past ;) thank you so much!
