There is a veranda with year round expansive views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Chatuge. Look out at iconic Bell Mtn and two states! The drive to the condo is easy peasy with no twisting, treacherous or gravel roads. Hike, boat, swim, golf, shop, eat and sleep. Enhanced guest video security at entry door. Easy fully paved access! And just recently available is a Topgolf Swing Suite located in the nearby very walkable Marina Station restaurant. This is fun for all ages and skill levels and simulates golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey and more!

This huge condo (approx 2200 sq ft) won't disappoint. It offers fantastic views year round!! It is comfortable. It is accessible. Easy to anywhere and easy back. No twisty treacherous hilly roads. Wake up to beautiful views of iconic Bell Mountain while enjoying your morning cup, or cups of coffee.
