Quaint CT Home

Beautifully updated home inside and out! Well stocked and very clean! The gas fireplace was definitely a plus! Location was perfect for a walk into town, or to get in the car and hop on the highway to go exploring. Owners were super accommodating and easy to work with as well.

Sooooo charming!

Such an absolutely charming and spotless property! Incredibly comfortable beds, too! And a short walk, right to the center of Essex, which has to be the most charming riverside town in all of New England.

Short and sweet

Needed to head back to Connecticut for a quick trip, so three nights was perfect. Great communication pre booking and during the visit, the house was spotless and comfy. Back screened in porch great for reading/relaxing. Kitchen had every pan, dish and utensil you would need, as well as supplied spices and coffee/tea.Top shelf safety items like front door push button combination lock and state of the art smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. Walkable to Essex center. Will stay here again without hesitation if we need to re-visit.
