Welcome to my beautiful Seaside Retreat on the Long Island Sound in Westbrook, CT. There is so much to do and see here besides my beautiful home. Outlet shopping, movies, golf, boating, dining, under an hour ride to Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casinos, The Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, The Kate Theater in Old Saybrook, and much more! Easily accessible from Rte. 1, Rte. 9, I-95 & I-91 and Amtrak, Westbrook is a beautiful, quaint Seaside New England Town steeped in history and local culture.

Enter the main floor which is up a full flight of stairs and you will find a full bath, coat closet and laundry room area before the entire floor opens up to a sunny, beautiful living space. This main living area features a beautiful custom kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances that include a large fridge with ice & water in the door, microwave, gas range with pot filler water spigot, range hood, dishwasher and over-sized farm sink. You will find everything you need from the Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more. If you love to cook, even while on vacation, this is a kitchen you will love especially the views you can enjoy while cooking! The dining table with banquette seating plus chairs gives you room to dine, when the weather is cooler, because in the warm weather you will want to eat every meal on the spacious deck overlooking the water or enjoy the picnic table on the waterside patio. You can grill on the deck too with the convenient gas grill (no tanks to refill!). The deck and stair surfaces are a composite non-splintering material that looks like wood. Bare feet welcome! The huge patio has lots of space for soaking up the sun with lounge chairs and a hammock and steps right into Long Island Sound! Back inside the living room with cozy sectional couch, recliner and wall mounted flat screen t.v., xFinity cable and high speed internet will meet all your technology demands. However with a view like this, you may never reach for the remote.

Upstairs you will find a very large full bath with shower/tub combo, tile floors and double vanity. The linen closet includes all the linens you will need with an extra set of sheets for each bed in the bedroom closets and an abundance of towels. There are three bedrooms here, one with a single bed and single roll out trundle bed, one with a double bed and spectacular views plus flat screen tv and the Gorgeous Master Bedroom is beautiful! Vaulted ceiling, wood floors, king size bed, wall mount t.v. and best of all - slider door to a private balcony deck. Stunning!

1. The name and age of each guest staying is required. This also means guests who stay even one night. The responsible party must be a minimum of 28 years of age. You will need to provide a photo of a valid drivers license or ID before access to the home will be given.
2. We require the type of each auto and license plate. Parking is very tight and only 2 cars are allowed. No exceptions. You can’t park under the house at anytime for any reason! You can't park between my home and the neighbors waterfront home. I can suggest other places to park, like a local commuter lot in order to have other guests with cars. There is NO on-street parking.
3. Upon payment of your initial 25% deposit at the time of booking, you agree to the 458 Seaside rental agreement attached to your quote. I will however ask you to acknowledge agreement before providing access info.
4. The $75 property fee is to purchase a non-refundable insurance policy to cover any minor/major damage up to $1,500.00. The fee is non-refundable.
5. The $250 refundable deposit is in addition to the damage insurance policy. This deposit is to cover costs associated with late departure and/or excessive cleaning required. It is my sole discretion how much, if any, will be kept if need be.
7. CANCELLATION: From Memorial Day Weekend to the end of the second week of September there is NO REFUND for cancelling unless I am able to rent the time in question. I will make every effort possible to rent the time you wish to cancel. If I am able to rent your reserved time, you will receive a full refund of any/all payments you have made. The remainder of the year, the cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
