We loved this condo and our ten-day stay in Gulf Shores! Great balcony with tall chairs to help see the goings-on at the beach. Used beach service a couple of days and they are super nice and convenient. The parking pass being already in the condo was super nice so we didn't have to mess with that, and the parking place was convenient. We used the very clean and nice workout room a few times and enjoyed that. Had a small issue but owner was very quick to contact building managers and we met two of them, including maintenance guy, and they were very nice. Comfortable bed, plenty of room for our stuff, and just an enjoyable place. Very convenient to some of our favorite places nearby (Lauria's, Bahama Bob's) and easy to venture out to Gulf State Park to the pier, to eat at Perch (amazing!) or to go over to Cobalt, the Florabama, shopping at the Wharf. Got lucky with the weather and overall a fantastic trip! Would stay in this condo again for sure.

Relaxed & Fun Stay!

We enjoyed Gulf Shores and look forward to returning! The condo was conveniently located, clean, beach access was easy, and owner was quick to respond to any messages. This was the perfect location for a relaxing and fun vacation. Highly satisfied and would rent again.

My daughter said it was the BEST week of her life!

Such a great property! Right on the beach and the views are incredible. We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and our accommodations ended up being the envy of the other families we traveled with. Plenty of room, all the amenities, and right down the street from anything you could possibly want to do (or eat). We would love to stay here again!

Very nice accommodations!

Great condo located right on beach at a midway point for long walks in either direction: west to the lagoon outlet or east to the pier. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very nice to work with and very responsive. Unit was in very good condition and located close to exercise room and pool. Sunset viewing from ocean front deck this time of years was a treat.

Great vacation!

After spending a significant amount of time looking for a place to vacation my wife and I decided on this property. We were not disappointed. He was a very gracious host. Beautiful Condo on the Beach

What a wonderful place. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores & won’t be our last as long as we can stay here. The condo was so clean & furnished so nicely just like the pictures. Location is perfect & the views from the balcony are the best. Thank you Michael.

Beach getaway

Very much enjoyed our stay! Easy in and out, terrific location, very nice! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the front bedroom! Would definitely stay here again! Luckily I'm not a POOL person at the BEACH, not terribly impressed with the pool! Other than that it was overall WONDERFUL!

Great Gulf Shores Stay

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. Very clean accommodations. Location is great and we very much enjoyed the balcony when we weren’t on the beach. Michael is a great host and answers any questions you may have, as well as makes suggestions on where to eat and what to do during your stay. The Restaurants Michael suggested were spot on with great food and service! Thanks for everything Michael, we are already looking forward to our next trip down and staying in 307!

Amazing!

This corner unit has great views of the gulf and and is just steps from the beach. It is nicely decorated, well maintained, and Michael is easily accessible with tips about the area. If you want to enjoy beautiful sunrises/sunsets right from the balcony and go for long walks on the beach, as well take advantage of all the other things to do in the area, you will love this unit!

Awesome condo

From the minute that we arrived we knew we're going to love this place. We cooked in almost every meal, and found the kitchen to be very well furnished. The sunsets were awesome. It was great to be in the corner and we were overlooking the pool and whirlpool. This was great as we were able to talk off the balcony. Michael handled everything in a very professional way. Location is a plus as it is close to everything in Gulf Shores.

Fabulous Condo!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at this condo any more! Everything from the linens to the kitchen utensils was TOP NOTCH! Every amenity was seen to and not a THING was lacking! Super close to the beach with a wonderful view. Parking was extremely close and convenient. Condo was spotless and everything attended to so well. Michael was great to work with and really great at seeing to all the details and seeing to our needs. Thanks for such a great vacation where so many wonderful memories were made with family :)

Good owner communication

Owner cares about his property and wants to make things right. Appears to have owned just over a year now, so furnishings are fresh. If there is something that needed tweaking, he was eager to be informed so that we had the most comfortable stay possible. If you are like us, you will need a car, as we did do much sightseeing.

Highly Recommended!!

Unit was in pristine condition. Very comfortable furniture. Even though it is on the third floor it has a great view. The porch does not wrap around but that was not an issue at all for us. The most important advantage is that the owner is LOCAL and was extremely helpful. You will not find better service than what he offered and I would highly recommend this rental. Hope to return soon.

Happy Anniversary To Us!!!

When Mike and I decided to go to the beach for our 28th anniversary I immediately began searching VRBO for a condo. I am pretty picky where I stay when I travel. When I came across CS307 something just clicked. We were not disappointed. We loved the condo! Michael was very helpful and readily available to answer any questions we had. He gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. We loved Café Beignet and Desoto's. We also had the best burger ever at Bill's By the Sea. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Michael

Clean unit

The unit is very clean and easily accessed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the mattresses were terrible, the parking is very tight for anything larger than a car, and it is a corner unit but does not have a wrap around balcony like the units above it. Both beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable but might not be to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is very central to all the amazing sites. We enjoyed viewing the Blue Angels, from the balcony, as they practice over the Bay. We watched the dolphins daily as they swam by. The view from the balcony is the best we've ever had. The accommodation were very comfortable. Enjoyed the recreation/exercise room on the first level. Hot tub and swimming pool was very clean and well maintenance. We were very impress with the security system through out the building. Parking space was very convenient and close to elevator. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. This condo would be our preferred place to stay. Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of three. Being on the third floor and on the corner which was quiet, was perfect and we did not feel we were missing out not being higher. Also, being on the corner was an added bonus as the windows wrapped around the room and the view was excellent. Very convenient to the beach as well. The chairs on the balcony were very comfortable to sit and enjoy the gulf day or evening. Everything in the condo was top notch and in working order. Michael was extremely prompt and helpful in returning our emails and great to work with. The week we were here the weather was perfect and we enjoyed our first time trip to Gulf Shores immensely. We would definitely return to condo 307!

Perfect location and perfect views for a beach vacation

The condo was super clean, end condo for those extra windows. I’ve never been in a condo closer to the ocean. Upgraded appliances, extremely comfortable bed. The owner made sure we checked in and were settled, wanted to check in and see if we needed anything. We were in walking distance to the action - restaurants and gift shops and ice cream which we loved. Yet far enough down the road to not be in the middle of it all. Right down the road we found bikes to rent at the state park and also took a walk around the lake. We really had a fantastic week vacation and the condo completely met our expectations. You can absolutely tell the owner invests in his condo to make sure it’s in great condition and feels like home. There is a lot more of care and consideration in this condo. I have stayed at other locations that were just rentals and never felt maintained or really clean. The only negatives I would say are the amenities were just average. Smaller pool and tiny hot tub that kids stayed in most of the time. If you have children you may want more in that capacity. And lastly the parking pass was an ordeal to get. This is the first time I have had to chase one down when someone was in the office - I’ve always had it in the condo waiting for me for the last 10 years of vacations.

An honest review

When I look for a vacation home I rely on the reviews of others to help me make my decision, therefore, here's my honest review. I did not walk into an exceptionally clean condo, as many stated. At best, it was surface clean and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. The balcony of this unit overlooks the boardwalk and the pool from this complex (as stated) and also those of the neighboring complex. Yes, you will hear noise from both pools. Yes, you will frequently see/hear people rinsing off themselves and all of their water toys. Sirens from the street out front were a regular occurrence, not sure if there's a station nearby or just a crazy week. We smelled cigarette smoke quite frequently but could not determine from where. There must be designated smoking areas near this condo. I did not find the patio furniture as comfortable as other guests. I am petite so when fully seated I still couldn't see over the railing. I had to sit on the edge of the seat which was not comfortable. We also found it quite cumbersome and uncomfortable when trying to play cards, eat together, etc. A lounge chair to relax on and read a book would be a great addition. I will agree that the amount of time it takes to get onto the beach from this condo is great, as is the covered parking. There's a great market across the street that has anything you might need, groceries included. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. All in all, we had a great time. I do suggest visiting Gulf State Park. Rent an e-bike and ride the trails. SO MUCH FUN!!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for at the beach. The view was perfect! The ocean greeted us both in the morning and evening. The interior was as advertised with comfortable beds and plenty of room for relaxing with TV or dining.The owner was super when we contacted him about a tiny glitch with the parking pass. He also responded to any questions we had prior to arrival! Don't hesitate to book this one!
