The villa's four air-conditioned bedrooms each have a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa also has two fully equipped, modern kitchens to suit every need, opening up to the dining area and a comfortable living room. There's a grill with an outside dining area to enjoy preparing fresh fish and having an al fresco dinner. The bright and open space allows guests to take in the breathtaking view of the heated swimming pool, sea, islands, and mountains.

Amazing Villa with seaview, pool and BBQ place

We spent 11 nights at the Villa la Perla in July 2022 with a group of eight, two families from Finland and our stay was beyond all expectations. The view to both directions sea and Biokovo mountain is magical and the villa is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. All new and clean. Contact person Sanja is very kind and helpful and gave us all the support we needed and good proposals on what to see in the area. We booked for example a riverdrafting trip to Omis from her and it was amazing. The pool on the villa was such a great place to relax when we returned from any adventure. There was quick reponse to any requests like when we asked for more plates those were provided right away and when there was an issue with the aircon upstairs it was taken care of fast and easy although I am sure the owner had to go the extra mile to get installation for new machines immediately. We had great barbeque evenings with the huge grill right above the pool area and also enjoyed a barbeque night together with the owner and his family. We had a car which made it easy to go around. We also visited different beach every time and they are all beautiful. Some restaurants offer a pickup from the villa and there is a nice restaurant also close up in the hill. The owner helped us to book a day boat trip to Hvar and Brac islands and the agency came to the villa to agree on arrangements which was convenient. And it was a great day. Everything was perfect for our needs and we would love to come back someday.
