This cosy and well-maintained holiday rental in the Wellsee area of Kiel measures 56 square metres and features a spacious living area with an open kitchen. It has one bedroom with a double bed; two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a new building constructed in 1994. The rear of the apartment features a large glass front that offers an unobstructed view of the meadows and marshland beyond.<br><br><br><br><br>Both holiday apartments are located in the new building from 1994, which is attached to the historic old building from 1880. The six protected linden trees on the property complete the harmonious picture. You have a separate entrance in the new building. You can park your car for free right outside the door on the private property. For more information, please visit our website:<br><br>The nearest bakery and butcher shop are 400 metres away, and the nearest supermarket is 650 metres away.<br><br>A very beautiful beach is Falckensteiner Strand, 12 km away, which can be reached by car in 20 minutes. For active water sports enthusiasts (surfing, sailing), Laboe, 18 km away, is a great option.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung wunderschön, toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber!

Gute Lage

Lage ist super. Discounter, Bäcker und Apotheke fussläufig innerhalb von höchstens 10min erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Vermieter sehr freundlich und handelt schnell. Einziges Manko: Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch sehr hell. Uns wäre es nicht dunkel genug gewesen um da zu schlafen. Es gibt zwar Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, aber es ist doch sehr hell für unseren Geschmack. Fewo an sich top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
