Lovely apartment in Calahonda

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in the residential complex "Algaida" in Calahonda. The complex is located just 20 meters from the beautiful beach and has a children's playground, a tennis court, two communal pools and beautiful manicured gardens where you can enjoy the peaceful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Due to the great location, you will also find all amenities such as restaurants, bars and stores nearby.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and offers stunning 180-degree views of the sea from the terrace in the dining area. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) and in the open kitchen you can sit at the kitchen island with great floor lighting.

Both bedrooms have double beds, the master bedroom in addition also a TV, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower. The entire apartment has nice dimmer lighting, convenient USB ports and WI-FI.

Lovely location, right on the sea front

Needs some TLC and a deep clean, smelled really bad of stale cigarettes . Linens really poor quality, stained and grubby.Too many extra charges; 50 euros to hire linen, 90 euros for final clean and 600 euros deposit all to be paid in cash on arrival. That said location is perfect and complex well maintained and secure.

Good postion

Nice clean apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. The outside is a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. In the second bedroom there is no hanging space to hang clothes. Plenty of hangers in the main bedroom double wardrobe. The bedding could do with replacing. There is no milk or water on arrival so try and stop off on your way to buy supplies. Lidl and Carrefour are close by. Enjoyed the apartment and the close proximity to the sea and the walk way. Very relaxing.

Perfect spot

We had an incredible time in this property. We travelled with both our kids (3 and 10 years old). Several pools and a close by beach make it perfect for a summer vacation. The view was stunning and there was a nice breeze every night that made it cool. AC worked great too. We also used it as our center post for day trips around the region. You are 2 hrs or less away from every major city: Córdoba, Granada, Ronda, Sevilla, Nerja, Malaga, etc. We only gave it a 4 star rating because there was a little back flow in the drain of the bathroom. We reported it and I am sure the property owners will fix it. Other than that staying there is a no brainer. If I went back to the area I would stay there again.
