Needs maintenance and repairs

I would've given a 5 rating but House listing needs to be updated to proper accommodations. It reads sleeps 9 when actually sleeps 6. Not enough dinnerware, cups, only 2 glasses and 2 steak knives. For 9 people .Had to rent 2 beds and buy more dishes. When family came. For the weekend.. A/C vents were dirty.Called PM to take care of that and never showed.. Shower head in master bath not attached to wall causing water to puddle everywhere. No towel racks,, living room had minimal lighting. The house was nice and the non heated pool area but all the essentials need updating. I would go back after proper maintenance.
